Very small selection, seemed to be mostly R&B, Jazz and Gospel. If you’re looking for rock or pop, you probably will not have much luck here.
The store was not very clean, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The gentleman working there was smoking a cigarette inside the store.
Even if I had seen something I was interested in purchasing, I would have been very hesitant as I am sensitive to the odor of cigarettes on things. As a music collector, I avoid items that have this smell. If you’re the same way, this is probably not the place for you.

I popped into Mike’s once on a business trip to Harrisburg. Perhaps I came in on a day where a few good hip hop LPs came in. With that said, still not much to salvage here…
THE GOOD…
–walked out with some pretty good hip hop albums that just came in
–owner was an oddball, but seemed nice
THE BAD…
–store is dirty
–selection was very very poor
–more cds than records
–owner seemed to pull prices out of thin air
–inconvenient hours
–parking was a bit tough, busy area
Overall it was cool to pop in once and check out the shop. Unlikely I’d return for all the reasons I listed above. Harrisburg isn’t known for great record shops, but you’d have more luck at 2nd & Charles at the mall.

Really awful. Don’t even waste 5 minutes of your time on this store. Looks like homeless people live in the back of the store, literally. They are selling records worth less than a dollar for $ 5-​$ 6 each. I even wouldn’t take anything they sell for free if offered. DIRTY. You’ll see.

This place is a joke! A couple racks of crappy CD’s and two small racks of records nobody wants. One rack was full of what I could only describe as a thrift store collection and the other was random R&B and rap where the most current item, being prominently displayed on a high shelf, was Sisqo’s «Enter the Dragon.»
I’m sure if I knew the right people or the right thing to say I could have probably scored some drugs there, though.
If you are actually looking for a place to buy some vinyl do not waste your time going here!
