Stone Feather Farm is a working chili pepper farm, located in Hamilton, VA. Growing organic food for our family, making and selling homemade salsas, gave Pepper the confidence to open Stone Feather Farm, West-Mex Grill in Harpers Ferry, WVA. Now all can enjoy generations of recipes, from Mexican to American.
Raised a Gonzalez, «Pepper’s» father, Richard J. Gonzalez, and his family made an amazing impact on her culinary life. Her Mother, Sandy was a true Irish woman, who had a tasted for salt and a passion for roasting and broiling. Pepper has incorporated these many cultures with the specific teachings of her Great Aunt Connie, who passed all of the Gonzalez family recipes to her.
