What is CrossFit? By definition, CrossFit is Constantly Varied, Functional Movements Performed at a high intensity! So What does that translate into, and how do we apply this?
Constantly Varied– This means your body will be challenged in multiple areas of fitness. Yes, it is random but not so random that we don’t have goals in mind.
Functional Movements– We will work on multi-joint, core to extremity movements that will help you in everyday life. Yes, there is still isolation work, but our focus is not solely single joint work. We want you to squat better, pick things up more easily, play with your kids without being in pain. In general, be able to just live more comfortably.
High Intensity– This portion is retaliative and NEVER comes before you possess the skills to maintain form and move Safely. Yes we want you to to push to your 100% of that given day, but we never sacrifice our form or quality for speed. As we become better athletes, our ability to perform at a higher intensity will follow!
How do we wrap all this together?
We start by teaching the basics. Our introductory 101 Class last 2 weeks. In this Class you will be taught how to move, your mobility will worked on daily and we ease you into our workouts. This is the first stage of doing what we can to keep you safe and injury free.
From there you will be able to enter our normal classes in which we will continue to scale as needed until we are confident that you posses the ability to perform the require

Business Owner
I started getting into fitness in the early 2000’s. Spent alot of time working in the standard gym. I got out of it around 2007 and then back into it in 2009. I became hooked on Beachbody programs like P90X and Insanity. I decided that I loved helping others get the results I did, so I started personal training and group training. Then worked on a P90x cert so i could teach it specifically. I loved the results people would get but I wanted more. I discovered CrossFit in 2013 and fell in love. Despite all the negative hype about it, I gave it chance and found out it was all about the coach. It was then I decided to take it to the next level and work to change how this Sport was viewed. I run my box with strict rules geared to the safety of our athletes, while still forcing them to push out of their comfort zone!
