Don’t judge the cover by itself? Hah, those food packages in the counter — do you ignore them and straight to ordering coffee because Starbucks are for coffee lover? Don’t ignore the paninis, the wraps, etc… you are starring at them and wondering to yourself, are they good and should I explore my cuisine palate? You will be surprise that they are not your grandma’s old fashion food home made. They are the new and different kind of food — ready for the taking. I tried the edamame hummus box. I was afraid but what a magnifico — wrap is so thin and soft, it is so delicious. The edamame humus wrap inside components are edamame, hummus, small slices of zucchini, spinach leaves with cheese spread. The sesame-flax crackers and roasted tomato sauce are addicting. Plus, at $ 6 your diet won’t get busted.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks. I love being a Starbucks reward member. You get free rewards and they send you constant emails to receive extra stars so that you can receive additional rewards. They are pretty quick at this one. Which is what i like. I usually come in the morning and I’m on my way to work so being prompt and efficient is a plus. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This one is a little bigger than the one inside the mall. This location is a little on the expensive side when comparing prices to my other Starbucks locations. Just a heads up. Location is everything.

I love this location. Baristas are really nice and if there’s an issue they always help to resolve it.

I get coffee there almost every day. The service is quick and the staff always gets my order right. They take the time to learn the names and preferences of regular customers.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a caramel frappé and my boyfriend had Java chip frappé but somehow the lady made a mistake and switched the toppings on our drinks. It looked weird to me when I saw caramel on the Java chip but I payed little attention to it. That’s when the lady noticed and apologized for her mistake. She offered to redo both of them without me asking. I was impressed by the wonderful customer service because i know for sure if it would have been another person, they might have just noticed and bothered not to fix it. Love it!

This location inside the mall. It’s homey, with a few tables and chairs that works for me. Service was great, my coffee was really yummy and my oat bar delicious. I forgot to get back my gold card and good thing I am still seating here enjoying my coffee. The barista asked if it was my card. Yes, it’s mine!!! Thank you for that. I will continue to come here every time I visit.

Stopped by for muffins and a chia tea. I think they use milk in the tea, it was so good. They were busy but it’s Starbucks people.

Coffee is good they just need to be a bit more warmer with the customers. They should process more with their heart to turn it around.

Because I live in Grand Forks, where restaurant reviewers explore the culinary adventures of a new Olive Garden as if it was nouvelle cuisine, it is only appropriate that I review a Starbucks. First, we went in for an espresso, but as my blood sugar was dangerously, stayed for the delightful gourmet pre-packaged eats. I ate part of a cheese box and the granola out of the yogurt parfait. I was starving, and and the eats exceeded my expectations. As for the espresso, it also met expectations. The iced water I received FORFREE was also refreshing and delicious. We even went back after our meal for a second cheese box and an Oprah Chai. This is America at it’s finest. If you haven’t yet tried your local Starbucks, I urge you to make a trip at your earliest convenience. We will be back. In all seriousness though, the staff was friendly and the line moved quickly. A great Star$ experience.

The bummer is it’s very small. The good part is it’s open early, great for mall employees and early-morning mall walkers. Every time I’ve gone in Starbucks, the staff has been unbelievably courteous.

This Starbucks has become the typical mall Starbucks. ie Long lines and missed drinks. While it is not as bad as the Columbia Mall one, I still would not go out of my way to get a drink here. I have asked for no whip on my drink twice and still got it. Not everyone does the whip. I did not have the time to have the drink re-made but that is not a reason for a customer to not get the drink made the way they ordered it.

This Starbucks was pretty standard. There was a long line — I imagine everything in this mall and area has long lines most of the time because there was hardly any parking and it was really crowded — but they were fairly fast and efficient. The juices and such weren’t stocked so I had to ask for one when I paid and they didn’t seem to want to have to go and get one. I ordered the classic oatmeal — my fav — and it was really pretty quickly. Apparently now there are two options for oatmeal which I didn’t know about. Might have to try the blueberry next time. This won’t be my normal starbucks because I was just visiting for the weekend but it served the purpose.

Starbucks for the wifey while walking the mall. Lines get long during the weekend. Service is okay, never had an issue here yet.

I love the new greens smoothie that they have here and wish they would add this as a selection everywhere. The protein chocolate banana smoothie is delicious also.

This store is in the mall… which would explain why the line was out the store and down the hallway. The Barista(Teresa) had created a caramel apple frozen frap, omg yum! Everyone working here was very pleasant!

My favorite barista is gone. Even though the servers know me, they aren’t friendly and act like they just met you. Sucks because I don’t even want to waste my time going to this location when there are others so close by with much nicer baristas. If you hate your job, get another one. Don’t be rude or apathetic to repeat customers. Not the Starbucks way.

Average Starbucks location, very small which may make some visitors cringe when they see a line. The staff, at times are dreadful, maybe its just my few visits over the years, throughout random times of the day, leaving me feel, «like my cup is half full.» This location has a large amount of mall seating, making it easy to unwind and relax, but its bad too. With a heavy amount of traffic this mall sees on weekends and holidays the last thing anyone would wanna sit around is that, so there are limited interior seating. Something that as Starbucks, remodels they always take down the amount of chairs everytime.

There are three Starbucks Coffee stores on this same block. There has to be some quality that sets one apart from the others. This store has it: superior service. The staff here is so friendly, always smiling and never failing to make me leaving happy even before I have any caffeine in my system to level me out. They never complain when I ask them to make something weird. Green Tea Frappuccino without the flavoring but with Matcha? Sure! Vivanno with an espresso shot? With a smile! So far at least four of the baristas know my regular drink. They know it so well that on one occasion I was on in line to order and also on the phone, unable to speak because I was deeply intrigued by the story the girl on the phone was telling me. The barista looked at me, I handed her my Starbucks gold card, and she rang up what I wanted without me uttering a single word except a silent«Thank you.» Wow! Amazing service. And my regular drink isn’t a café Americano or chai latte… No, it is a Solo tall no-whip mocha-light frappuccino, and they know it!
