The service at the bar is good. Tony is very attentive. After that, forget it!!! For a national chain, you would expect standards. This is my first post on Unilocal because I am so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness of the ladies restrooms. 5 of 7 stalls were unusable, the floors are sticky, they have no paper towels to dry your hands. I asked an hour ago to have someone check and there has been no change. Finally, I got a female manager to «look» at the situation. As soon as she walked in, she grabbed the dust pan and broom. I asked her to look first at the condition, she wouldn’t. I will never come back to this Dave and Busters!!!

D&B is there for the entertainment. No more, no less. The food is not that great. Be aware of using your credit card. I had a server either misread my handwriting(unlikely) or put a generous 30% gratuity in place of my 20% standard tip that I usually leave. When I try to contact them to discuss, they don’t return the call. Apparently there is one person that handles it and doesn’t return the call. Since my kids like the place, we will go for only for the games and use cash. Keep track of your receipt if you use a credit card.

This is not the place you go for quality food. Everything tastes like microwaved fast food. Two stars because the service was decent, I was here because I attended a bowling birthday. They service folks were polite and efficient. The bathrooms were gross and seemed like they had not been cleaned in a minute.

I like it here, especially the games, salmon and the staff takes care of you, the reason I give it 4 stars is because the the little bratty kids trolling around being rude, not the staffs fault but watch out!

I can honestly say at this point you deserve 0 stars for customer service. My family and I visited this location on Saturday afternoon. The place was PACKED! Which is a great thing for business. However at times like this, customer service and hospitality should be at its peak. This is what staff and management are trained to handle. We found space to sit at the tables next to the bar in the gaming area. In our party was a total of 3 adults and 29 year old boys. After being seated for 20 minutes, our table was cleared of the food from the prior guests. This honestly, did not bother us. Its just something we became used to when being a guest during the busy times at this location. However honestly, this is a sign that additional staff is needed to buss and flip tables. The quicker they are cleaned, the quicker additional guests can be sat, and attended to. The more guests… the more money! We placed our order with our waiter(while the table was still dirty), who then returned 5 minutes later to verify our food. We gave him the order again. About 15 minutes go by and her returns with beverages, sits them on the table and walks away. This is so incredibly rude. Number 1, he should have handed each guest their beverage. Number 2, if he had done so, he would have realized 1 guest was short a drink. Since this 1 drink was alcoholic, we gave him another 10 minutes. To then see him walk out the restaurant with a co-worker for his break. He forgot to order this drink. We then ordered the drink and paid for this at the bar. Asked who specifically was managing and was told«several people». I showed the lady our table, told her the concern and asked her to send a manager as soon as she could. 10 minutes later our waiter returns to tell me he came back and asked for our entire order as he thought he missed something. No sir, you asked for our food. Which you should have written down. Not our drinks. He then delivers our food and lays it on the empty table attached to ours(24 person tables butted up next to each other) and asked if we needed anything and walked away. Again, he should have handed the food item to the quest that ordered it. There were several things missing which were requested when we ordered our meals. All in all, this experience was atrocious. Did I mention the manager never came to our table to listen to our concerns? On top of that, my sons card was stolen by an adult couple while he was playing his game. He was devastated. Instead of making a scene, we packed up and headed to the Lego store. This location needs some serious training in hospitality and cleanliness. We were handed 4 menus, 2 at the bar and 2 at our table. Where the pages were literally glued together by a sticky substance. The responses by 2 employees: These things barely last a week! I BET! Especially if your staff is not wiping them off after every table and checking for cleanliness when you hand them to your guests. Simply deplorable!

I came here today with two of my friends. It was a little confusing since none of us had been here in a while. But we eventually figured it out with the help of a couple nice employees. I had called customer service earlier for help, but the lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t know what she was talking about. Anyways, this place is really cool. There are a lot of fun games, neat prizes and the food is good too. It can get pretty hectic during the day with so many kids around though. Maybe going at nighttime would be better. My only requests are that you extend the prize section, since it was sort of crowded, and to turn up the AC. With so many people in one place breathing hot air around, it can get hella’ toasty.

If there was a zero, That would be the only thing that would cheer me up after going to the Dave and Busters Restaurant. We asked for a medium steak and came well done. We asked for a salad and the salad was stuck to the plate and grilled. For the dessert we ordered the warm brownie layered with ice cream and we got a cold rock cookie. And to end this horrible disaster we got the wrong check twice.

Holiday Party, here we go! I can honestly say it was a good time. We went bowling and had some drinks. BUT somethings happened during the event that weren’t cool. When I first got there, my first drink, a rum and coke, was great. Just the right punch that I needed. After that, I guess the shift changed and my drinks sucked. I mean I had 5 rum and cokes and could still walk straight. That’s an issue. SMH! And let me give a piece of advice to my hot ladies… I had my six inches on and the floors were very slippery. No falling took place, but I was taking my time. Its not cool falling on your cakes at your company’s holiday party. Overall, it was cool.

I went to this place on a Saturday, and it wasn’t all that bad. It started to fill up towards the afternoon. The food is nothing really to write home about, but the games are all that they have. I found myself pulled towards the Kung Fu Panda game. I played it all day! I even won the highest points to. If your looking for a place to take your older kids to have a good time. This is the place for you. Keep in mind that it is with the mall, so you will get some people that are just hanging out.

Oh my goodness… I don’t even know where to start(insert hands on my head/pulling hair emoji). Every time I walk in I want to walk directly out. No joke. From the horrible bad mouthed hostess at the parking lot entrance, to the overpriced drinks at all the bars, smelly bowling shoes, crazy screaming unattended children, foul mouths running wild, tasteless overpriced food, bacteria infested bathrooms that seem to never be cleaned and overall stench of the entire place has me begging to never come here again. Whoops! Can’t forget how freaking HOT it is in here and I know I am NOT crazy since the amount of ambulances outside the entrance says enough – either fights occur or they are just passing out from heat exhaustion.

My company had a work event here and it was awesome! I thought the food was really good(a lot nicer than I was expecting). We had a private room which also included our own bar. It was a fun atmosphere for us all to let loose in. The only downside was that there were some games that cheated me out of the points I won, but I got over it.

I always wonder why I offer to take my kids here. Dave and Busters used to be a great place to go and have some fun, but as soon as I’m ready to walk in, I’m just as ready to walk right back out. The power cards that you have to buy are a rip off. The tickets cost too much to put on your power card and the prizes that you win are useless and cheap. After spending close to $ 200 for 5 boys to play games all they ended up with was a few pieces of candy and cheap toys. In order to get a good prize you need at least 30,000 points which will cost you several hundred dollars. The food in the restaurant is just ok and isn’t anything to get excited for. This was my last time coming to this place because I always end up with empty pockets and nothing positive to say about it afterwards.

D&B is really a fun place for the kid in all! They have a fair collection of both video games and arcade games. When you first walk into this be u, to your left is a large sports bar. Their food was«okay» I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it’s also not the worse. The staff seemed friendly and the restaurant is very spacious for all size groups. Straight ahead is where you check in to purchase tokens. When you walk into the arcade area, you’ve got primarily video games towards the front, followed by a bar in the middle and arcade games towards the end. There is an enter acne to the mall all the way at the end of the building. They have a new monopoly game which is a lot of fun and their wheel of fortune was cool too however, neither of those games give you a lot of tickets. There is 1 game in particular right outside of the shop that gives you up to 1,000 tickets at once! Personally, I haven’t spent any of my points. I keep it all on my card and their new systems automatically add the points to your card instead of printing out tickets. I’m giving them 3 stars only because I feel they’re a bit expensive and they don’t have the largest selection but it’s okay. I like going in here once in a while for a childish game until the adult in me kicks in and gets ready for the adult casino! Hope you all have fun :)

I’ve been to Dave & Buster’s in other cities and the service was always good. This occasion I came for a work function and all went well. All of the servers were positive and they replenished the food in a timely fashion. Room reservations are available and you can build a package for the various types of food you’d like to offer your guests. This is a location where you can bring the whole family. With that being said understand that there will be kids running around and adults running behind them. The menu for those dining at tables is varied enough that even the pickiest of eaters will be able to satisfy their hunger. Game cards are available and can be reloaded. I enjoy the interactive games and the old school arcade games that I mastered in middle school. I can recommend this location to those doing a date night or a family in search of a family outing.

I love anywhere that will allow me to feel like a kid. Growing up in the hood means I grew up quickly. Since 2008 this has been my spot when I wanna hang out with friends. I do hope they bring back the big NYE party. If you just wanna come and enjoy a sporting event, this is a cool spot! They have TVs all around the Bars in each area, on the walls in the main Bar. Only disadvantage is, the kids that are there, hang a while after 9pm. It would be great to have a adult only day or hours. I think it’s 18 and up after 9. If I lived closer I would probably come more often and they would have all my money! As for the food… I was pleasantly surprised that the turkey burger was great! You can actually tell its turkey.

One of my girlfriends and myself came here after a battle with indecision on what to do with our night. Neither of us had been here before. We were kind of nervous about what to expect. We went to the bar in the arcade and had FANTASTIC service– and this is Saturday night at 10 pm! Mike and Kevin are great and we will definitely be back to see them. Mike had great game recommendations and was fun to talk with. The games are pricey but there was a deal running this night(maybe through all of August) so we ended up with more than we originally thought. People have to realize that this is a popular chain so it’s obviously going to be crowded and be a little expensive. We had a great time and will definitely be back to watch some games and hang out.

Well what can I say? We started off by eating dinner. Overly priced menu for your standard diner food. If you are smart you will eat before you go. Our appetizer came out cold and they tried to serve us someone else’s food. We got the slider variety for the entrée since everything else was so expensive for what it was. The burger sliders confused me. Not sure I get why they would put a pickle and a cherry tomato on top of the bun. Maybe I’m missing something. We also got the buffalo chicken sliders which were your standard boring bar food but 3x the price. I ordered a shake and it was the smallest shake I have ever seen. Three sips and it was gone. The guys ordered beer and really how can you mess up a bottle of beer? After dinner was finished my fiancé had to find the waiter in order to pay our bill. The bill had suggested amount to tip in it. Being in the tipping industry myself I’m not sure how I feel about that. I almost feel like it hinders from their money making ability. Finally we entered the gaming area. I’ve been to many Dave and busters and this must be the smallest one I’ve ever been to. A lot of the games were«temporarily unavailable» but to our surprise Wednesday is half off game price all day! But also to my surprise they allow children into this establishment. Many moons ago when I first came to one in another state children weren’t welcome. Now I have children and have no problem with children but I believe that a place should follow one set of standards. This place allows children up until a certain time and then it’s adults only. The bathrooms were disgusting to say the least. Their prize room was only worth an adults time if they had 100k in tickets. Tonight i made 3.4k. So just imagine the money you would have to spend! In all honesty save your money and go to six flags you’ll probably spend less and have a way better time!
