Don’t do it! They took my uncle’s vehicle from the scene of an accident. Even though all REPUTABLE, NOT FRAUDULENT towing companies know that the insurance company pays their high storage/​towing fees — they charged him $ 25 to release his vehicle to the insurance company and then TRIED to charge him $ 600 on his debit card! Thankfully his small town bank realized this was probably FRAUD and called him so thankfully he could decline it! The body shop who picked up the wrecked vehicle paid Forest Park $ 500+ and now. get this — Forest Park, 2 business days after the accident, TWO, filed a LIEN against the car with the Commonwealth of VA through DMV! Now his insurance company has to clean up the mess. How stressful! As if an accident is bad enough you have companies that prey on our elders and file FALSE LIENS for monies PAID AND NOT OWED! You owe him a HUGE apology, written! We are reporting you to the BBB and DMV! You do not file liens against monies not owed 2 business days after an accident! You were paid! Ridiculous business practices! Our insurance company even said it was fraud and goes against every regular, reputable practice. Use another company!!! I have never been so irratated or appalled by a business like I am with this one!

Do NOT take your car to Forest Park. Yesterday they told me I needed to change my two Left tires and brakes. I did that. Today I take the car back for reinspection. After a two hour wait, the same guy says I need a new Right rear tire. He didn’t see this yesterday? When I questioned him, he said, «It’s not my fault.» Then I took my car to the tire shop, and the man there tells me my tire should pass inspection as it is and said I should take it elsewhere. I took his advice and my car passed. If you have time and money to waste, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t go back here if it was the last inspection station on the Peninsula.
