We are a family friendly 50’s style diner specializing in home cooked food from scratch. We make all our salad dressings, soups, sauces and gravies in house. Nothing out of a can at Fast Eddie’s, and the proof is in the «pudding»

History

Established in 2005.

Fast Eddie’s Diner was opened in 2005 by Chef owner Neil Scibelli and his wife Meghan.

The diner is a converted old Pizza Hut building with stainless steel exterior and 50’s décor interior, with black and white checkered floors and red & silver vinyl booths and chairs.

Neil Scibelli was born and raised in Malden, MA. After graduating from Malden High School in 1992, Neil Attended Johson & Wales University in Providence RI, earning a A.A.S in Culinary arts and a B.A.S in Food Service Management.

Meghan (Hale) Scibelli was born and raised in Wolfboro NH.

Graduated from KIngswood High School and attended both Simons College in Boston, MA and UNH in Durham NH.
