Very responsive, returns messages quickly and shows up when promised. Took care of a large cleanup project quickly and on-​time. Since I was not always in the area, it was reassuring having someone you could count on and is a man of his word. Doug Jackson is.
I recommend these guys and would use them again. Only change would be to be sure to be on-​site and monitor what they do so expectations are absolutely clear.

called 3 times; 1st time he said he was busy and call back. Called, left phone number and he did not call back. Called again a few days later; same result. Called 2 more times; busy ring. FORGET IT! Called Fernandez tree service; was there the next day, to look at the job that needed to be done and got the work done 3 days later.

Got some free wood chips from them. Action Jackson is a very nice man and his crew is great. If you live on the east end and need yard work or trees taken care of, I highly recommend Action Jackson.
