We offer consultations for occupied homes as well as hands on staging, and also furniture and accessories for vacant homes.

History

Established in 2007.

We originally began as a small, by referral business and have since grown to stage over $ 1,750,000 in Real Estate. We now offer a large variety of staging inventory and furniture to meet the unique needs of each home.

Leigh N.

Business Owner

Owner and Principal Designer, Leigh Newport is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). She served as the 2011 President of the Washington, DC Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), and also served on the Board from 2008 – 2010. She is committed to educating home owners and Realtors alike on the benefits of Home Staging. Staged by Design® was a Finalist in 2010 for the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award, Service category, in addition being nominated in 2008 and 2009.

Staged by Design’s work has been featured in the Washington Post, Loudoun Independent, and numerous other print and media publications. She is also a sought after speaker on the topic of Home Staging for organizations such as Northwest Federal Credit Union, The National Reconnaissance Office, multiple Women’s groups, and Real Estate Associations.
