History

Established in 2009.

Jon Riggs has always had a passion and talent for tinkering with computers since he first walked into the «computer lab» at his elementary school. He’s always been the go-​to guy among friends and family for their misbehaving computers, and in 2009 he decided to go into business.

He started out by subcontracting for an existing local computer shop, but before long began to realize there is a need for a customer service oriented, honest, and reasonable computer repair service in Greater Cincinnati.

Today, he and his team provide services at his site, on location at homes and small businesses throughout Greater Cincinnati, and by way of remote internet connection.
