… Waited 20 minutes to get my flippin eye brows done. Is this a joke… UGHHHHHHHH… They came out GREAT THO! That lady is a pro. I got my nails done here once and they came out good & the ladies are really nice as well. But come on!!! 20 minutes !!! For eyebrows! I woulda done um’ myself. Jeez louise people

Worst manicure experience ever! The first nail tech I had was an unfriendly Vietnamese man who did not say one word to me the entire manicure. I had somewhat long nails and they are healthy. He cut my nails without asking & they are now so short they hurt. He got up after manicure and a female nail tech took his place to paint my nails. She painted my nails satisfactory and was somewhat friendly. However when I complained about the 1st tech cutting my nails too short she said they were fine. No apologies. The salon was old and out dated too. Prices were $ 10 higher than average. Overall bad experience, would not recommend. Drive to Syracuse or Utica.
