History

Established in 2014.

Replenish Reflexology + Healing Arts was started in 2014. I began offering solely Foot Reflexology and have expanded to Hand Reflexology and added aromatherapy options (handmade, all natural body butters and hand salves).

Ever since my first Reflexology session in 2002, I wanted to know more about it. I was living in California at the time and I was rock climbing a lot! My body was sore, but my feet killed! I just wanted someone to rub my feet! So instead of a full body massage, I opted for an hour of Foot Reflexology. It was then that I realized that Reflexology is more than a foot massage. I left the session feeling relaxed, yet energized, with a spring in my step.

Twelve years later and here I am. Combining my teaching skills, my people skills, my love for yoga, and my desire to help others feel better into my own business, Replenish llc, Reflexology & Healing Arts.
