Class Act Grooming

This place has gone DOWN HILL since Alicia left. We used their services for a couple of years and have a couple of bad experiences.
Do not recommend anyone to take their precious pets here.

I had to call Alyssa 4 times over the past 2 weeks to make a grooming appointment for my little doggie. Like most people, I work full time and am very busy. I don’t have time to return phone calls about the same thing 4 times.
I called to make an appointment. Alyssa called me back 2 days later. I returned the phone call and asked, «when is your next available Saturday appointment ?» She called me back 3 days later and told me her next available Saturday but she didn’t tell me what time. I had to call her back and ask what time to bring my doggie. She didn’t get back to me for another 3 days. That should have been my red flag to look for another groomer.
On the day of the appointment I left half an hour before my appointment so I would be early or on time. I could not find Class Act Grooming. So I called Alyssa I was interrupted 3 times before I was allowed to ask 1question. I let Alyssa know I was lost. I received a very rude response in how to get to Class Act Grooming.
At that point, I went home and contacted a kind, friendly, professional groomer. If you have time to waist and want to be spoken to in a rude manner then contact Alyssa at Class Act Grooming in Half Moon Bay, Ca.

I have had Standard poodles since 1964 and Ruth is the best groomer I have ever had. My two boys have been going to her for several years now. Ruth is consistently professional and because they are cut so beautifully, they are easier to care for. Ruth even brings them back home for me. Thank you Ruth!

Great service and excellent care.

Spectacular job. My dog looks great, smells great and he got a little bandanna to boot. We’ll be going back again.
