If you know of any distressed (approaching or in foreclosure, bank owned, needs work before selling), we offer referral fees once a contract is signed.

George is directing his professional efforts to the field of Real Estate Investing. Currently I own my home (since 2001), but my intention is, besides wholesaling and flipping properties, is to buy properties for renting.
