This guy is totally awesome! Gave me great advice that saved me tons of money and didn’t even charge me for the call. Several weeks prior he helped my sister’s totally trashed laptop for an amazing price! Love this guy! Would go to him for anything hands down! Cool guy!

The owner of this business is the singularly least professional business owner I have ever met. His profanity laced conversation, his counter culture dress, and his tirades about ‘this computer or that ’ are a good signal that new business is NOT important to him. I trying to get my computer fixed, I was looking for solutions, and his attitude was ‘my way or the highway’.
By the way, you may stand in an empty store front for 10 minutes before anyone comes out of the back to wait on you, and don’t try to call the number on his card, the message you have to leave will not be returned.
If I don’t trust the person I’m paying to do work for me, that’s a huge red flag.
Too many other places to get your computer repaired to have to deal with this clown.
