Indulge Nails and Spa

I will never go back there again. My daughter had the worst experience ever! It was her first time and th e tech was so rude and inexperienced. She glued the tips to her skin and not her nails. With out asking she started to cut them, my daughter stops her and says she wanted them long. Her reply $ 5 more. Fine.
My daughter asked for the pointed nails. The tech said that’s $ 5 more. Fine. The tech proceeds to cut them short and makes them the coffin shaped. My daughter said that wasn’t right the tech told her that that’s what is supossed to look like. The tech was about to paint my daughters nails and we looked at them and they were all crooked and not remotely the same size. I told them we didn’t like what they did to my daughters nails and that we didn’t want them painted they said OK… «You pay $ 30» and didn’t even offer to fix them. I paid so there wasn’t a big scene… I am warning everyone… Do not go there. waste of money!!!

Worst pedicure EVER! I am 8 months pregnant and have a hard time tending to my feet these days. I thought this would be a treat and I would have soft soles. Not only is my dead skin still in my feet but they are NOT soft at all. I will not return here to waste my money for such a terrible job!

This WAS my go to nail salon. However, after referring some of my friends and family here, I am deeply embarrassed about the way the owner and her techs treated my own mother. Long story, short, the tech put too much nail polish on her nails which resulted in the polish dripping down her toe. She brought it to the attention of the woman doing her nails, and she gave her a total attitude and quickly fixed the toe. Yet again, the polish started running, which resulted in my mother asking it to be fixed. The owner proceeded to come over and YELL at my mother for moving too much and told her she was rude! I am completely appalled and will NEVER return.

My nails ended up looking good but I’ll never go back. They don’t give accurate pricing info as you go… quoted one price then added more for the polish I chose at the end but failed to mention the price would go up as I was choosing and actually promoted the polish that would be more… was stabbed with her sharp thumbnail throughout the whole manicure which didn’t stop even when I said it was hurting. Just no overall respect for the customer. Not worth it

This is fairly new nail salon in the Medford area, so when my usual spot was packed I decided it was a good opportunity to check this place out. I was in need of a serious pedicure with summer right around the corner and a wedding to attend for the upcoming weekend. So when I went in and asked for my pedicure — I decided to go with a French to keep it simple. The pedicure itself was pretty quick, can be good or bad depending on the experience you are hoping for. Not as much of a foot/​leg massage as I get at my other place, but nothing to get upset over.
When I went up to pay they told me the price was $ 5 more than what was displayed on the sign. At that point the woman ringing me up said it was $ 5 more for a French. I was a little annoyed because being this was my first visit, no one mentioned that before hand and it was not displayed anywhere. I wasn’t going to make a scene over 5 bucks, but it was more the principal to me that rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t think this will stop me from coming back, but chances are I am going to stick to my usual nail salon when it’s not crowded!
