I don’t even want to give them a star. I went there yesterday around 630 at night. Not busy at all was sitter right away. I had very long nails asked them to cut them a little, my nails are now down to my finger tips. The technician cut my cuticles several time. Then the paint was completely messed up. I felt as if he rushed the whole time. I will NEVER go there again!

simply not a very friendly place & not good quality

This is place is awesome. I got the best pedicure in a long time. My tech wasNick and I will cry back again. It is very affordable at 22 dollars. They close at 8 pm so if you need a spa pedi please be there by 7 pm. I will be back in a few weeks.

Went here to get a full set and although the tecnician Helen was nice, she did less than a great job on my nails. Some where square, while others were rounded. I asked for a design on my ring fingers and she did my pinky and pointer fingers. Don’t go here!

I went there while it happened to be dead only one other person there and three technicians yet the guy who did my nails made me feel rushed. They had a poor selection of gel polish. I paid $ 30 which included a $ 5 tip however, after I got home and checked out my nails I realized that they were jagged as if he didn’t even file them. They were also painted poorly and to put it bluntly they look like shit. I won’t be going back and instead I’m going to have to dish out more money tomorrow to have them fixed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The technicians there are very nice but the male manager/​owner who works there is very rude. I had an appointment every time I went but still sat for a minimum of a half hour. Honestly I don’t even think they write down appointments, everyone is really a walk in. So this past Saturday I had a 3:00 appointment for a nail fill and called at 2:50 to make sure my nail tech was running on time. I live 5 minutes from the salon. The rude male manager said oh yes she’ll be on time. I sat in the nail salon until 3:30 until I finally left in disgust… my tech was still drilling someone’s nails and had at least another 15 minutes to go. I mean how hard is it to be honest and say she won’t be ready come later? The male manager there doesn’t care at all about his customers and I would avoid this salon as he doesn’t deserve our business. I left and found a new place.

Even WITH an appointment I sat with feet soaking for an hour! It’s probably best to go on a weekday if you have limited time. The girls work hard & are friendly, the male «manager» not very friendly.

Good service and very affordable! Try to avoid afternoons on weekends and weekdays as they are really busy then. Unless of course you have an appointment.

SUPER UNFRIENDLY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Avoid!
I went in for mani & pedi and allotted myself 1.5 hours for the services. They put me in a pedicure chair to soak for 45 minutes and during that time no one came to me, looked at me, or apologized for the wait! After 45 minutes a woman came and was unfriendly (got the vibe that she hated her job) did my pedicure and took her time to chit chat with her coworkers while putting my pedi on pause. I told her i didn’t have time to do mani but would come later and paid for both things. I was told they are open till 8:30pm. came back at 7:30 and was told to come another day. RIDICULOUS! I asked for a refund for a mani I didn’t have and $ 10 was given back to me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Never going back and advise others to avoid as well!
