H&R Block

I am sorely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment one week in advance. First the time of the appointment was changed on me. Then, when I showed up for the appointment, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes, only to be told they’re not going to be able to see me! You see, I asked right away after about 20 minutes if I should just reschedule and come back, but was told not to worry they’ll be right with me. After 45 minutes the woman I was supposed to see came out of her cubicle yelling «I have to call tech support» and I’m told it’s going to be another 30+ minutes. Forget it — I walked out and am never returning to this gross incompetence. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if that’s what will happen? Horrible from such a supposed well established business. Never again…
