Left my Marc Jacobs watch in the fitting room (which close and lock upon leaving), sales associate went in and stole it.
Managers were not willing to work with me, and the store’s manager was a very rude woman who wouldn’t work with me.
I will never shop at this store again, where sales associates refuse to even greet customers with a hello (much less even look at their faces) and STEAL anything left behind in fitting rooms.
And I will let family and friends know; god forbid they leave anything more expensive behind.

This is a new Co-​op and I’m not sure what the folks at Barneys were thinking. Riverside is a nice upscale mall which attracts many shoppers who would fit the ideal co-​op demographic. given that, why in the world is the selection so weak here? yes, we have denim, but I feel like the Co-​ops in NYC are better. I did a walk thru of the store (a good amount of the same stuff can be found in bloomies next door) and just was not inspired. great for denim, but i didn’t spot any miu miu, etc. :(
the last thing we need is another place selling theory.
