If there were negative stars I would give it. This place is getting worst and worst over time. My mom and I have been coming here for years until recently. Doctor Paul Chan is very impatient. He did dentures for my mom which resulted in an underbite look. His excuse: because it’s the way the gun is shaped. I then personally shaved some off and then it looked fine. That’s not the worst part. I brought my girlfriend there for just a cleaning and she was in so much pain but he kept joking around about how dirty her teeth was. How professional! She was in so much pain tears started coming out. He didn’t even offer to inject anesthetic. I know not a lot of insurance cover it but if you see a patient in so much pain wouldn’t you, as a dentist, offer to help soothe the pain and make it a better experience for your patient? This Dentist did NOT! I wouldn’t mind paying extra. And after all that and a couple of weeks later we receive a bill stating that the insurance didn’t cover everything. Cmon. How much does a cleaning and X-​ray really cost. Well: all said and done. Paul Chan just lost four loyal patients. My mom, my girlfriend, my buddy that I referred about two months ago and I will never go back there.
