This place is very disappointed, as I have done my hair for treatment and also coloring + scalp care, the hair cut is ok but for the hair treatment suppose to have three little bottle for u to do after at home, as the first time visit Alan, he did gave it to me, but the second time visit hair treatment he seems just pass it over, never bring it up, so I didn’t even ask! And that day I wanted a highlight color that I did show him the picture and he did confirm, but after the wash I notice the color isn’t right, but then he totally blame it on it was my problem !! Well then, another unhappy thing is that day I wasn’t comfortable about the cold temperature in the store, so I told him that the I don’t want to do the scalp care, cause that thing freeze ur scalp and I’m freezing, but he just said I will turn on the heather, then he just sprayed it right on my scale totally ignored what I’ve said, so after the appointment I still pay him $ 20tips! The total amount for this was 480 $!!! And at the end he notice I wasn’t happy about the color keep convincing me to do crazy color touch at the end of my hair! Like customer is also greedy to get free things! But sorry I’m not that type! After I went home, he did text me about the color do I want to recolored it the next day !! But I told him no, cause my hair is all damaged and I do not want to spend another 3hours + it will more damage my hair, just because of he mess up my hair, so then he said next time will give me discount ! And he thinks this is a good after service ! First of all u shouldn’t mess up customers hair and said it was their problem, then after text customer says that u have a good after care service trying to make it up! Not all customer are greedy for discount after u mess up their hair! And how did I found this place? I saw that he was good at hair on the Facebook page which after I found out that post was from his wife, anyway this place is a Never for me. Very disappointed.

I keep changing my hair stylist bcos I couldn’t really find one is good fit to my need until last year I 1^st try Alan Lee. I want my hair in purple and he dyed it for me in a very beautiful shiny purple/​violet color and I love it so much, I got so many compliment from others since then!
Btw, I used to have long hair (its around my waist) and so wanna try a short hair style and friends all disagree me with this decision. But I trust Alan so much. So, I just went to his work place and have a very short Bob hair cut. I love it very much and suprisely everyone like my new hair style, even those ppls been saying I won’t look good in short hair but this time, they said I look fresh, younger and cuter! I’ve been referred many different friends to Alan, all of them like his work. So, I highly recommend him to everyone~~ Honestly, if that’s not Alan Lee, I won’t dare to cut my hair in short, he really know what he’s doing~
