A great REALTOR versus an average REALTOR can make a world of difference. You need a REALTOR on your side who will fight for your dreams, be vigilant during negotiations, and educate you during the entire process, and that’s what I promise to do.

Of course, I will also hold your hand every step of the way and look out for your interests, to ensure your real estate transactions go smoothly and are a complete success.

History

Established in 2008.

Zachary has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2003 where he started managing properties in a local Back Trust Division. He rapidly moved up to be the Trust Real Estate Officer and was in charge of the entire portfolio of Real Estate for all of the Trust Clients. Zachary would manage the real estate as well as work with Agents to Buy and Sell properties for the Trust Clients. This is where his passion for Real Estate Services really blossomed.

In 2008 Zachary obtained his Real Estate Sales license so that he could directly assist families in need. He has a true passion for Real Estate and sincerely enjoys the satisfaction received from having a happy Client. He opened 805 Real Estate in 2013 in pursuit of offering superior services and providing the knowledge and support Families need, but often don’t receive, during such a monumental transaction. He is looking forward to making your Real Estate Dreams a Reality!

I primarily grew up in the northern California foothill community of Sonora. After Jr. High I moved to rural Central NY where I endured lake effect snow for six long winters.

My earliest memories are those of regular trips to the beautiful Central Coast. My Grandparents were fortunate enough to buy a quaint beach cottage in Cayucos when the getting was still good and my family and I were able to reap the benefits. During a trip back west on winter break from my first year of college in NY, I stayed at my Grandparents’ humble beach cottage. As I enjoyed farmer’s market and walks down the beach in shorts, my friends were back east scraping ice and shoveling snow. That’s when I realized that California is where I belonged and that it was time to come back home.

I met my beautiful Wife, Cristina, here on the Central Coast. We rescued our buddy boy, Odin, the summer of 2012 and he has truly enriched our lives.
