Beach Butlerz

Cecile and Jamie gave me a tour of Oceano and Grover beach for a potential beach wedding venue. They were very helpful and had lots of great ideas, I chose not to use them because beach weddings in SLO aren’t ideal for a June wedding. I will definitely consider using their services for future events.
They gave me a quote for the upscale beach bonfire wedding reception, it sounded like a really fun party idea and they include all of the necessary rental items, making it cheaper than most venue options.

Great business, the staff is exceptional. Would highly recommend to beach goers and those planning an event. Top notch customer service.

My wife, Heather, and I celebrated our wedding this weekend. Cecile and her team were fantastic. We held the ceremony right on the beach. The sand was cleared of debris and the chairs were set up along with the altar with plenty of time before the ceremony. We would highly recommend Beach Butlerz!

The idea was a romantic one. We were so excited. It was a windy day however. The setup was slightly late due to the wind. We got the teepee package. About an hour into it, the teepee collapsed. The butler then offered to weigh it down with sand bags. Why that was not done in the 1^st place, I don’t know. We were over it at that point. It was a real bummer. The fire was nice though. The icing on the cake was, we could not find a ride back to our hotel. I’d like to say that they gave me a free ride back to the hotel. Thanks for that! Overall, I’ll say it was a mediocre time. Next time, we’ll just buy 2 chairs and a pack of firewood for way cheaper.

What an awesome business. I will tell everyone about it… our romantic campfire was set up right on time… chairs and a table for us to have a sunset dinner together on the beach… warm blankets that smelled like they just came out the dryer… then they come whenever you are ready and clean it all up…

Head a wonderful day at the beach worth my brother and his son from Indiana. Enjoyed the food, beach, oceen and relaxing under the canapy at Pismo Beach. Everything was perfect. Thank you Beach Butlers.

I have enjoyed the wonderful services of Beach Butlerz for several years now. We had an amazing New Year’s celebration on the beach a few years back that was complete with a cabana, tiki torches, a bonfire and games for the kids and adults alike. Every time I have had their service it is a guaranteed special memory. I highly suggest you hire them to make your next event the best it can be.

My friend Kelly Rojas, who does a lot of events on the central coast, recommended that I call these people for some last minute supplies for concerts at our conservatory of music. They answered the phone late on a Friday, and got me the chairs I needed early Saturday morning… and did it all while charging me a reasonable price. How much better does it get?

45 years used Beach Butlerz for her Son’s Beach party a few years ago! Awesome Beach furniture, umbrella’s, tables and tents! My daughter worked for them and I was able to see so many cool events being set up and taken down! Weddings on the beach & outside pit fire romantic settings for two with a Butler to serve you bubbly, etc. Even dance floors & bars, etc!

Beach Butlerz is the greatest company ever! I used this amazing company to propose to my girlfriend now fiancé, and it was perfect. I was lucky to have the wonderful Cecile Demartini help plan the perfect evening. I chose the Ultimate Teepee Bonfire and again it was perfect. A mile away from our hotel in Cambria, Cecile had the fire waiting for us and the perfect ambience. We came all the down highway 1 from San Jose and Cecile kept me updated and even went out of the way to purchase the cutest crystal shell ring holder that I loved. I used Beach Butlerz for my sister’s bachelorette weekend in early October where they set up a cabana, chairs and umbrellas in Pismo. All of the equipment was set up well before I was scheduled to arrive to finish setting up gift bags for the girls (Thanks Tyler!!). Considering all of the furniture and set up required, I found the price to be more than reasonable — I’m all about paying a little extra for convenience! My sister was beyond pleased with the set up and it completely exceeded expectations.
I’d happily recommend Beach Butlerz to anyone looking for someone to set up an extravagant event or just set up a few chairs for a day at the beach. Well done!

I used them for my wedding. Everything was set up really pretty. It was on the beach. The ground was all cleaned up and the chairs were exactly how I wanted them. My only complaint would be that it was NOT set up in the location it was supposed to be in, which kind of bummed me out because I didn’t know that until I went to walk down the aisle and it was way too late to fix it. That may not have been their fault though because my wedding planner should have had that taken care of. The girl I talked to here that set everything up was always very professional and nice over the phone. If I were to ever have another beach event in the area, I would definitely use them again.

When we arrived to help stage our party favors, I was taken back by how awesome of a spot they chose to stage our party. For our guests who aren’t residents of California, my fiancé, now wife, and I received so many compliments on how beautiful and awesome the views were. Thank you for making it memorable.

They provided some great movies (on several occasions) in our local pocket park, refreshments, and even managed to arrange for a fantastic copy of the time traveling Delorean car to arrive for the showing of Back to the Future. Great fun for our neighborhood!!!

Cecile and the entire crew was amazing. They set up the perfect bonfire for our guests for after the wedding reception. I live in Michigan and trying to set this up living so far worried me however Cecile made sure everything was perfect! I cant thank the entire team enough. I really owe Beach Butlerz TWO five star reviews, so I’d give them TEN stars if I could!
We first contacted Beach Butlerz when planning our Pismo Beach wedding a few years ago. The original plan was to have the Butlerz set up and tear down a beach front ceremony site. But, as nature would have it, it POURED rain that day. With minimal communication, the friendly staff from Beach Butlerz promptly switched gears and, instead, helped prepare our reception tent for a ceremony, then, immediately after the ceremony, transformed the space BACK to a beautiful reception area. I cannot express enough gratitude as a frazzled bride to have that weight lifted. The staff was so helpful, yet I barely noticed they were there. They truly made the day as seamless as possible despite the horrible weather!
Recently, I contacted Beach Butlerz again to set up a surprise bonfire for my husband and me. Cecile actually remembered me and my rainy wedding and was so nice and generous to set up a romantic, sunset bonfire for us. Communication with our butler was great and he took care of absolutely everything. The fire was started for us, and we were tucked in just in time to enjoy the sunset. We had so much fun fixing s’mores and chatting — taking a break from the everyday hustle and bustle. When we were ready to leave, we sent our butler a text and he was there within minutes to take care of the rest.
This is such a cool concept. Cecile genuinely cares about her customers and hires the very best staff. I plan to use Beach Butlerz whenever we are in the area and would recommend them to everyone for their beach-​going needs!
