I love shopping at this LOFT location. The store is beautifully set up. From the lighting to the displays and mannequins. There’s always a great selection in sizes and color. But the most important thing is the wonderful staff. They always greet me with a smile and take each interaction the next mile. There’s always enough people there to take care of their customers and they’re so helpful. I feel comfortable asking them their opinions when I’m trying on different outfits. Every time I am in the area, I have to stop in here!

Oh my God, I thought I was in a scene from Pretty Woman where she walks into a store and the sales staff are rude to her and look down at her because … Ann Taylor administrators please take note of your employee’s attitudes and how superior they think they are. While I was in there looking around one lady came in and one of the sales reps looks at her and says something like ‘Oh my, we don’t have your size in this store’!
I had inquired about a blouse and the sales rep could not find the one on the mannequin and asked another to help her. The other lady found the blouse but kept on repeating to me how you have to be very careful when wearing this blouse, over and over! What, do I look like a slob???
Left there and went down the road and bought clothes that I didn’t need or like but I was not in the mood after visiting the Ann Taylor store and will NEVER, let me repeat NEVER go back to this store again.
