Specialties
We represent and defend consumers with money problems.
We understand that good people through no fault of their own are sometimes unable to pay their bills, and our goal is to prevent things from getting worse.
We are bankruptcy and debt relief lawyers. We can stop the harassing phone calls. We can negotiate with your creditors to try to resolve your debt. We can defend you in court when you are sued by credit card companies, banks, bill collectors, and debt scavengers.
In most cases, we can reorganize your debt and stop foreclosures, repossessions, wage garnishments, and bank account seizures with a Chapter 13, or we can get you a fresh start with a Chapter 7.
We have two New Orleans area offices: on the Eastbank in Metairie and the Westbank in Gretna. Your first consultation is always free.
History
Established in 1973.
We are a two-person law firm with two convenient offices in the New Orleans metropolitan area: our Eastbank office is located on Veterans Boulevard in Metairie near the Orleans Parish line, and our Westbank office is located on Belle Chasse Highway in Gretna across from Mel Ott Park.
