All I can really say is what Kenny already mentioned. Sienna Lofts is safe, pet-​friendly, and the manager is a sweetheart. Unfortunately, the walls are so thin we were driven crazy by dogs barking and neighbors watching movies loudly.

Positives:
1. Safe community (no crime, secured access to building.)
2. Very clean upon move-​in. Appliances in great working order.
3. Amazing on-​site property manager. (She’s the best).
4. Pet-​friendly.
5. Cheap rent for the square footage and location.
Negatives:
1. Very thin walls (can hear neighbors, traffic, dogs, sirens, etc)
2. Leaking windows throughout MANY units (currently being fixed)
3. Some tenants do not clean up after their pets.
4. Limited guest parking spaces available.
5. Very few ammenities (no gym, pool, clubhouse, or playground)
