We specialize in made fresh seasoned angus ground beef patties, fresh hand breaded chicken tenders and Rubens made with a spicy sauce. One of the only food carts in Gresham that makes soft serv ice cream, smoothies, fresh fruit milk shakes and cones.

History

Established in 2014.

Once a sales consultant at the dealership where its located. I found a need for some kind of food establishment on the property. I came up with the food cart concept because of my love of food carts in Downtown Portland presented it to the owners of Weston auto group and they were on board.

As a sales consultant I always felt dealership were in great need of a place where customers and employee’s needed a place to eat. I was once a sales consultant at the dealership where the food cart is located, went to the owners with the concept of a café. Then it hit me food cart, yes portland loves food carts. So with blind faith the Weston brothers backed me up 100% and here we are today. I serv fresh, made to order dishes that fits all needs of what customers enjoy.
