Radio shack — it’s been around for a long time and it’s kind of like a boutique for batteries, electronica– like cables, wires, thingamabobs. It’s like a hardware store only different. You don’t think you really need anything from them until you do. I’ve come across watch repair kits,(and on sale for half price!) batteries for your garage opener, and little pieces of other dohickeys that repair something from time to time. Customer service? Yes! I almost immediately get asked if I need anything as soon as I get in the door. They are also very friendly here as well. I found a battery but did not know if it really was the right one and told that to the cashier. Instead of blankly staring at me, or maybe giving me a shoulder I don’t know move, she just opened it up and compared it right there with mine. I have one question though. Where do they keep their radios?
