Well this is how you effect people with your self obsorbed attention seakong attitude. First; you were on the floor with customers & i was stepping up to the plate to ask the asain gal IF SHE was avail in a sweet tone (im a massage therapist i know how to communicate well) & YOU, NOT HER ANSWERED FOR HER (1^st time & were immediately on the attack causing me to feel like i was a bad costomer) the next came from me grabbing a display phone to take a look & after accidentally setting the alarm off RED Shamed me by saying «DOnt TRY to try pull the phone off the wire»
(i definitely didnt, & said so) i literally just grabbed it, then you go to explain to the people you were with that someone accidentally set it off before (why were you acting like i did it on perpose)? Then you got off the phone after give directions 4 times over (a million mi an hour) counterproductively to a costomer (relax) & cont with complaints about «ridiculous costomers you have to deal with like that» (you were wrong crazy b) then whe the asian gal was ready she had an attitude problem with the costomer ahead of me l, making her look stupid in front of me with her tone & unhelpful words (not cute) when the lady was Just asking about her phone screen because it was starting up & on the metropcs screen for a munute (no reason to be rude)
So whoo, i already hate what i see & hear for these overworked underpain narrow minded Girls & i just say i need to pay my bill, then i questioned if she (the asian) had to help a lot of tough costomers everday & AGAIN THE REDHEAD, she continued to attack defensively by her bff while helping her costomers (who were laughing st her put downs) by saying bla bla i just stare rude costomers down & fake smile & if theyre just «rude people» then they are just disrespectful (directing this at me Aggressively).
So, maybe Dont judge costomers. You took away 4 stars from this exp because your to crazy & all your comments were uncalled for. You had raw energy & made me feel unsafe in your store like i was a bad costomer without any of my BAD attitude & you two were just so nasty to me acting unprofessional.
Personal opinion; Thats why Ashley is ahead (she was kind & asked qualifying questions without prejudice) because she doesnt let herself get in the way, she must know her selling points, opening & closing. Ps Ashley we will be back only when you work. Those bitches scare me. I dont want to feel attacked. You provide a POSITIVE EFFECTIVE EXPERIENCE! ROCK ON!

Above and beyond customer service. Guru like tech support and handset training. Staff treats you like you should be treated. This location handles activations, bill pays, upgrades, warranty issues, and accessories sales. Metro PCS Store is located in a Safeway/​Riteaid parking lot behind a chinese food restaurant. So it can be hard to miss. There are many metro pcs stores around be I drive out of the way just to go to this one.
