Husqvarna Ktm of Gresham

I am recently new to KTM and came in a few times, the service was lackluster but I went anyway, the last time was my last.
I ordered three things and got two of them, come to find out I didn’t need my turn signal switch like I thought. Anyway this was backordered and who knows when it would ship. I was charged a 25% restocking fee even though the part never shipped! When I complained about it the guy pointed to the sales order where it says so and said «Well I’m being nice because it says so right here no returns on electrical parts». I could understand IF I had it and took it home but THIS NEVER LEFT the distribution center.

I have a sweet KTM that is the most evolved enduro I have ever ridden. It is unfortunate that the guy behind the counter refused to evolve. I have been riding and restoring motorcycles for almost thirty years now. I remember before the internet when you had to go to your local motorcycle shop while a gruffy old guy treated you like crap because he thought that was the way rebel bikers were suppose to act and you did not have a choice because he was the only game in town. Those guys learned quick, or died, when the competition, via the internet, came along. This guy seems to be a slow learner, or doesn’t care. I have had two experiences here, both bad, one in person and one over the phone, neither were positive. But my experience is not shared by my buddy. He bought a $ 13K KTM and is happy with the experience. So, if you are going to spend $ 13k go there, if not, don’t bother.

Being new to owning a husky. I drove from portland to gresham Husqvarna KTM. I was looking for parts and hopefully some info from someone more familiar with huskies. What I got was a parts guy who was less than helpfull. They didnt have the parts I needed and said they couldn’t get them for months. I asked if there was somwhere I could find them online. He said «I hate the internet.» Well guess what my friend you are the biggest supporter of it. My next parts will be purchased online.

We came in to get a few things we forgot on our trip. No one greeted us and when someone finally spoke, the fat guy was cussing profusely at the internet and verbally abusing the nice woman behind the counter. Crappy customer service inspired us to move on to somewhere professional.
