These guys are fast! My car was in and out in about a hour. Reasonable prices. I took my car to them but they can also come to you. Nice guys.

Disappointed.
Dropped off something, told them when I needed it for an exhibition. «No problem.»
Stopped by the next day to make sure that they knew of the rush. «No problem.»
Two days before I needed it I stopped by again. «Oh, we’re not going to get to it. We have some big jobs, and your job just isn’t very important.»
And they chipped my glass.
I won’t go back.

I was trying to finish a Christmas present project last minute yesterday and this place was already closed when I called. He was nice enough not only to stay open while I made my way over there, but to cut a piece of mirror I needed. THEN the next day I realized I had taken the measurements wrong and needed it cut again, they were really nice and even fixed it at no charge. Had a great experience with these guys!

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one was earned. I took my wife car to get a new windshield. Initially everything was great, it looked good, and the service was fast. While driving on the road the rubber trim around the windshield flew off, luckily I was able to grab it before it flew away. I called in, and made an appointment to have it repaired. The initial repair job consisted of black adhesive to secure the trim to the vehicle, it had blue painters tape holding it on, I was instructed to remove it once the adhesive cured, in a few hours. I removed it that evening and was less than impressed with the repair. There was adhesive visible in a few spots, and it just didn’t look like a professional job. This is my wife’s car, just a plain minivan, nothing fancy, but still, I expected a good clean job.
We called in, told the shop that we were not pleased with the repair, and to their credit, they did say to bring it back. A second, new windshield was installed. I wish I could say this was the end, and everything was fine. But it isn’t. The rubber gasket does not form a neat seal at the corners of the window (top of the windshield), I even went back and asked about it, and was told since it is an aftermarket part, the quality will vary, and this is what it is. I decided not to make a big deal about it at that point.
Then, a few nights ago my wife told me her windshield wipers were not working. I went out to have a look, and after checking a few things, I noticed the nuts holding the wiper arms in place were barely finger tight. I removed the wiper arms and found the insides had been stripped, because they were not tightened down properly, and I also found that the small caps that cover the screws (that hold the trim in place) looked like they were pried off with a screw driver, instead of the proper tool.
So, now I have windshield, that while functional, has the ill fitting seal on the outer top corners, screw caps that are scratched and damaged, and 2 stripped windshield wiper arms. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt with the wonky seal, but add in the other things that were damaged and I can only say that this was a truly disappointing experience.
I hope the people that run the shop take a moment to review this comment, and discuss it with their employees. This may not have been a high end vehicle that you were working on, but you should still respect peoples property if you intend on staying in business for a long time. I have shared my experience with my co-​workers, and we had planned on using this business to repair 3 damaged windows in our home. Three of my coworkers were considering using this establishment for repairs to their vehicles. That’s income that was lost because an employee didn’t do a professional job.

Had a windshield replaced on a Peterbilt 387 at Jubitz Truck Stop. I had called ahead and set up appointment in advance. Carl arrived right on time with new windshield and fully equipped van and did an extremely professional installation in about an hour. I highly recommend Mt. Hood Glass.

This company is A+! I’m getting ready to sell my house and a panel in my sliding glass door had lost its seal and was very cloudy. Mt. Hood Glass was recommended to me so I called. They came out the same day to give me an estimate. The estimate was very competitive (better than others I had received) so I ordered on the spot. They called their supplier while I was present to get a delivery date. This was Wednesday and the delivery was scheduled for Friday. They were there promptly on Friday, installed the sliding door glass in short order and I was done! Allen Bayer, the owner, was courteous and professional. I highly recommend!
