El Capullo Taco Trailer

This food truck provides excellent bang for the buck. They serve a vast variety of Mexican cuisine and they have covered seating. It is also steps away from light rail.
I had long noticed a plethora of Mexican options along both Burnside and Stark streets. On one day, I was in a hurry to get out further east. I had the asada burrito for only five dollars. After only two minutes, my order stood in two of an employee’s hands before me on a plate, despite having ordered it to go. It had a crisp, coherent flavor. The meat was flawless as far as the eye could see. It did not have a strong avocado hint due to the low price, but the creamy flavor balanced out the beans, along with some rice. It was a very likable. I’d gladly go here again.
Thanks to the crew despite that they are the ones making money here.

The very best chicken burrito I have had the privilege to eat! The seasoning on the chicken in unbelievable and just the right amount of everything. The fact that they charge $ 5 bucks for the monster mission style burrito is crazy, this is a better value than that Costco hot dog deal and this taste so damn good

You can’t go wrong to a full stomach for a $ 5 burrito.
Head my warning though; do not take their complimentary sauces. Otherwise it’ll be bad times in the toilet.

Tacos are decent a lot of fat but the bacon wrapped hot dogs were amazing !!! If you visit it’s a must try I don’t if it’s on the menu but I seen him making them and decided to give it a go and boy am I glad I did!

i am picky about my tacos and this place is hands down the best in town!
food is always fresh and service is great, i recommend coming here on Saturday they have a wide variety of flavored horchata!

ps: if to go, grab all you can from the sauce bar as your tacos only come with meat.

Best fresh tacos and quesadillas. They have a restaurant at 125^th and Powell but it is only ok. If you want fantastic authentic tacos made from fresh masa… check it out. Great salsa bar too.
