History

Established in 2012.

In 2009, RS Investigators was formed by three partners, one with a background in security, one who is currently an attorney, and one who came packed with previous screening history. The end of 2011, the partners decided to dissolve the company as the end goal of some were changing. January of 2012, two partners Jacob and Joshua, opened Complete Screening Agency, LLC to continue to build on the visions and goals they sought out for with RSI. Complete Screening Agency, LLC is staffed with veterans of our US Armed Forces and maintains the goal of providing a web-​based business with customer service on a personal level. We staff a licensed Private Investigator, licensed with through the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training.
