You have to buy a card, that’s not the biggest issue. Cash only! It’s not the 1980! Oh and half the machines are broke. So I guess the owners are saying«yes my business is struggling and yes I’m going to make that YOUR problem!» Avoid this dump!

This laundromat is TERRIBLE! Machines only accept a card that you have to buy for $ 1, then continuously add $ onto. The washers work well, but are extremely expensive compared to other laundromats in the general area. There are out of order signs on 75% of the dryers and the ones that«work» take forever to dry, they do not get hot enough what so ever! My partner and I spent $ 14 just WASHING4 loads alone(Medium size washer $ 3.50, at all other laundromats I’ve gone to around are $ 2.50). Then another $ 14 to dry! To pay that much to dry is a bit crazy to me! We split up each load and had 8 dryers going, when I eventually ran out of cash, after about 2 hours of drying… We still ended up leaving with clothes that weren’t completely dry! Infact some were still only about halfway done! I called today to make a complaint and try to get some sort of refund… considering I spent a ridiculous amount of $ and could have spent about half that somewhere else! But also the amount of time it took was nuts, and I have to go somewhere else today to finish drying things and possibly rewash some because of them not being fully dry! I was very nice when the attendant answered the phone. I explained what the situation was and that I would really like a refund for part of this because I now have to spend more $ somewhere else to finish the job. The attendant agreed that it sounded crazy that we spent so much $ to dry… but stated that he had«pretty much all the dryers in the place going at the time and isnt having any issues, so I don’t really know what to tell you.» What kind of business is that? Would it really hurt him to refund me even $ 5 – 7 to be able to rewash and dry 1 – 2 loads? These people do NOT know how to run a business! We will NEVER return to this place and just a suggestion that if you read this, just take my word for it and find a different laundromat. If you have to drive an extra 5 – 10 min. It’s worth it!

The only place reasonably close, too bad the owners are not polite people. Walked in to view the price of the machines and went and grabbed money at the local chase bank. Came back and the owner(or so he said although doubtful with his knowledge of business practice and the way he treats his customers), kicked myself and another veteran strictly because we had service animals! Which have clear markings from Guide Dogs for the Blind, and the other from America’s VetDogs. Both had all legal attire and were of ideal behavior. But let’s talk about their business practice. 1) they charge you extra to get a card to force you to come back or lose money 2) half of all of their machines are out if order for customers, which you would think they would want up and running. Or at the very least to not kick out paying customers. 3) although they complained that my hypoallergenic(recently washed) service dog produced more hair and dander than they would like at a laundromat, their establishment was disgusting by look. I almost couldn’t find my watch that he ripped off of me while his hands were on me. Called and waited for the cops, they showed up and explained the law to him even though he lied through his teeth saying we were disrupting his audience. I say audience because all he wanted to do was scream and shout profanity. They are also expensive compared to most laundromats, close earlier than most, and lied to there customers about what was best for their laundry. How big of a dirtbag could you really be? We are both disabled veterans with combat experience and jobs now that back in the civilian life. Yet he insisted we were retarded for reciting the ADA laws word for word. I encourage everyone to find a new laundromat as these owners do not deserve your business and just want to feel above everyone else who is forced to do laundry. Granted by their conversation.

There aren’t very many laundry facilities in the area so I’m pretty much stuck with this one. The pros: several sizes of washers. I can do blankets huge loads of denim etc without sweating it. You don’t use quarters, you pay for a card one time that costs one dollar then you load it with money etc. Open 24 hours cons: nearly half of the machines have«out of order» notes on them and some of the machines that don’t. should.
