Not satisfied with the service. We looked at a used toy hauler, locked in a price and then they wanted to charge me an additional $ 2000 to pay for the repairs that were needed. Water damage and a busted third axle is my responsibility. You would think that would be there’s due to the safety factor. I guess not. We did not buy it we don’t trust them.

On March 26 of 2015 I bought a wild wood travel trailer from this dealership, worst decision of my life. From the start of the process, we had nothing but issues. The salesman were pushy and come to find out, had lied to us. We were not able to pick up our trailer on the original date we had set. When we did the final walk-​through for pick up, the man pushed his way through the process so we did not inspect the trailer very well. Since the day we brought the trailer home, it has had many structural and operational flaws and seems to be falling apart. We have tried to go to the dealership to get these things fixed, with our warranty, but we’re told we had to pay a service fee of $ 200, each visit, and the hold on the trailer would be a minimum of two weeks. What?!?
That’s just scratching the surface of the problems we have had with this dealership And trailer. Please stay as far away from this dealership as possible!

Stay as far away from this dealer as you possible can. The salesmen LIE to your face to get an order, the service people do not return phone calls, emails, etc. They have no idea what customer service is.

Bought a brand new trailer a month ago. To start, our «pick up» appointment was rescheduled twice. Already taken it back to the service dept. twice after our initial appointment. Show up the second time to an APPOINTMENT (which wasn’t documented anywhere in the service managers notes) and the trailer had not even been worked on yet. It sat in the shop for 5 days and the work that needed done supposedly only required 30 minutes of work. We forgave them, demanded the work done right then.
Today we are prepping to take it on our first real trip, something else doesn’t work. Worst experience ever. The service dept. needs to be gutted. There is NO sense of urgency and there is never anyone to help. You have to demand a manager to get anywhere and it’s never the right one and then ANOTHER message is left somewhere. First time, shame on them, second time, shame on me for not dropping the trailer off back at the shop and forgetting Blue Dog exists.

Bought a brand new toy hauler trailer four months ago already been back twice service department only fixed half of what was wrong… Leaves a mess when they try to fix what was wrong… Was in for repairs for over a month at the beginning of the summer got it back and they said parts have been ordered and we noticed that our lamiglas fishing rods were stolen out of our trailer compartment and when we confronted them they said they were not responsible for it and our trailer was not broken into because nothing else was missing like our chain saw TV extra NOTHING was broken into at all … bunch of BS NEGATIVE STAR RATING a bunch of thieves!!!

We had been working with these people for a few days. They promised us a trailer and then sold it out from underneath us. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to anyone. I recommend Wana RV, they ship trailers for an unbeatable price and they are way friendlier. Call Wana RV instead!

Looked at trailers online, on several different sites (Camping World, Curtis Trailers, Craigslist, etc.), and got an idea of pricing for the type of travel trailer we wanted. Then, we went to Camping World to look around, and finally to Blue Dog. Prices were MARKEDLY less than at Camping World and Curtis Trailers, and the types of trailers were different — a lot more of the ultra light versions as well as the pop-​up styles were available. We looked at several, and the sales man (Mark) was attentive, and answered our questions, but wasn’t pushy. Their staff was friendly — they offered my dog a treat and popcorn to guests. Once we selected a trailer of our liking, the transaction went smoothly, and was completed in a reasonable amount of time — we were in and out of there in less than 4 hours, all total. It was the best buying experience I’ve had! I recommend Blue Dog!
