A person hit us & didn’t want to deal with insurance so we got an estimate from here. We gave it to the person & they decided to use their insurance (no big deal) except the estimate for the persons insurance was $ 200 less than the estimate give to us. We had an appointment for our vehicle; They told us they would keep in contact with us every couple of days on the progress. We dropped it off on a Monday & didn’t hear from them until Friday, saying they are just now starting on our vehicle. What! I’m sorry, our appointment started Monday. They had our vehicle about 2 weeks and after the initial call my husband had to call them to check progress. The paint job is good but the lack of communication is to be desired.

I came in with a minor repair for an insurance estimate and instead of sending an estimate to my insurance they just fixed it for free while I waited. Who does that? Amazing. Consider me a loyal customer for life.

Kadel’s aka Alpine Auto Body (signage will be changed soon) is not listed on Unilocal as yet, but I wanted to post my review about my experience.

I was referred to Kadel’s by the insurance company of the guy that hit me. At first I was a little hesitant to use the first place I took my car into but they made me feel well taken care of the minute I walked in the door. Jeff, the customer service rep that helped me through the process was great from the beginning. He gave me text updates every week. Made sure the car rental was there to deliver a rental car and pick it up. It couldn’t have been easier. My car looks great. I’m pretty picky about body work from years of attending classic car shows and I was totally satisfied with the work done. I give the place a five star for sure. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work and great customer service.

Had my 2007 Saturn Vue right front fender repaired. Brian, the manager explained the process, also that sometimes there is hidden damage and mentioned what the possible damage could be. They repaired the car, explained what they found in addition to the preliminary estimate. The communication during the repair was great; and the car was ready on the promised day cleaned and ready.
Everything was perfect — down to the custom pinstriping. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and have to my family. Nice job Brian, John, and Susan — and the rest of the team!
