Based in Denver, Colorado, The Growth Engine is a professional services firm with the following focuses dedicated to help B2B & B2C companies achieve desired growth.

Originally started in Sydney Australia, The Growth Engine was transplanted to the US in early 2015 to worker closer with US based clients and their specific needs.

The growth Engine is headed by Tony Pizzamiglio and Eve Chen and has 25 resources globally working on projects. Tony comes from the software and project management space while Eves background is senior level marketing with global companies.

As the Director of Operations for The Growth Engine, Tony is responsible for the business development activities and technical operation of the business. Tony has over 20 years of project management and business development experience in the software and internet industry, starting as an Installation Manager for Sulcus, then a Project Manager for Softbrands and the last 13 years as the Business Development Manager at Marketboomer, Tony has hands on experience in 22 countries across 5 continents.

Tony brings to clients practical and executable solutions in lead generation & sales execution that produce revenue results. With very strong technical background and commercial understanding Tony can help clients optimize their use of smart technology and ensure the ROI benefits are realized in the investment.



Tony is a firm believer in the partnership approach, with an emphasis on customer service. He maintains close relationships with our customers and business partners.
