I am a photographer, and a display artist. I need my work precise in every way. I have used other print companies, sometimes with little success. I have worked with Silver Screen Design as a customer for more than two years, and never once had a complaint. I’m always surprised in the quality of work that returns to me. The sales staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to help the customer. The design and print staff do quality work, and take pride in their final product. I have had nothing but great experiences with Silver Screen Design, and don’t anticipate any other experience with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone, and stand behind the work. Their design skills and costumer service are entirely lacking. Please see my email to the owner regarding our order below. My order was for shirts and sweatshirts with a logo on the left chest pocket area. It was sent on 5⁄12 and I recieved no response:
The quality of the shirts and sweatshirts was good in terms of sizes and weight and the order arrived on time, thank you for this. Unfortunately, I am writing to let you know about some issues with the design and placement of the logo on the shirts and sweatershirts. On both the tshirts and the sweatshirts, the logo is placed so far to the left and high that it basically hits almost everyone in the armpit area. The other issue is with the color of the logo on the sweatshirts. I am not sure why, but it looks like it has a green tint to all of it and this is not the case for the logo on the tshirts of the same color. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the issue until I saw the tshirts on almost a dozen students at the party at which i distributed them. If there had been a way to notice this prior to the event, I would have hung on to all of them and inquired about returning them.
