A-1 Tower Motel

Stayed here for the Bears /​Packer game recently. It suited us perfectly since we didn’t need much while only staying one night. Was pricey when we stayed but that’s because rates everyone increased 200x when that rivalry is in town!
Positives: refrigerator & microwave, friendly staff
Negatives: did not offer shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the bathroom.

This is a nice motel with a lot of rooms, a fairly big building compared to most motels. It’s probably 10 – 15 minutes from Lambeau Field (driving). It’s pretty easy to find and the folks here are nice. The room was spacious enough with a flat-​screen TV, plenty of coat hangers, a firm but comfy bed and a small table. The bathroom was nothing special but perfectly suitable. This place, while expensive like others on game weekends, served our needs very well for a Packers game weekend. The only complaint would be that we heard some shouting (apparently from one of the owners) pretty late at night and that was a mild disturbance. Otherwise, the Tower was a great spot.

We recently spent two nights here when we were in town for a Packers game (Go Pack Go!), and I would stay here again. Our room was small but clean, and it was well-​equipped with a flat-​screen tv, fridge, microwave, and relatively comfortable bed. It is conveniently located near major highways, and price-​wise it is very reasonable compared to some of the rates other motels charge during home-​game weekends. The doors and trim are painted green and gold, which earns the motel some charm points compared to the chain motels in the area.
One downside: There is no smoking in any of the rooms (not a problem for me, even though I am a smoker), but because of that we were treated to a 2:00am dispute between an owner and one of the guests about the guest smoking in the bathroom. Because the walls were so thin we were able to hear every word of the argument pretty clearly. So, besides the thin walls this place met our needs with comfortable accommodations and convenient location.
