Val & his team are great. Whether you are a frequent customer or newcomer, they will treat you like they’ve known you for ages.
Their prices are competitive but their customer service is impeccable. If you choose to wait, bring something to kill time. If you want to leave your car there, they’ll drop you off at your desired location; given that it isn’t too far.
Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I have never come across such polite, honest and true to their word mechanic shop. Sylvia and Rose at front desk are professional, knowledgeable and so nice. I always wait to get my car and no matter what you ask for whether its a small job or a large job no matter who walks in it’s the best possible service given! There are truly not many shops left like this one, so a huge THANK YOU to all of the staff at Val’s.

Great service and wonderful prices! They went through the damage on my car thoroughly and gave me a fair quote. They didn’t try to overcharge me or do anything sneaky. I went to a few other places to get quotes and even those these guys weren’t the cheapest they just seemed the most honest.

From day one John & Val are truly very dedicated, honest & reliable which can be hard to find when one is looking for a repair shop. When it comes to there customers they will always find time to hear what is wrong with your truck or car problem. For me making an appointment to bring my car in for service is the only way to go since they are a such a busy shop. Rose the Office Manager will make the appointment when you phone the shop, she is to me a very hard working woman which I think is great.

Val and John are top notch! I love going to them because they are honest and true to their craft. They will tell you the truth and not rip you off. I am so glad to have these mechanics as my own. I have been sharing with everyone how wonderful they are. An asset to Great Neck and I will be going to them for years to come!!!
