MTA Subway – 86th Street – N Train

a train station is a train station. what more do you need to say.
the first stop on the N going towards Manhattan after Coney Island and the last stop before Coney Island. Like every station on the N line in Brooklyn, there’s always a problem with the stations whether it’s peeling paint, growing mold or crumbling ceilings, the train station is still standing strong despite its terrible conditions as of today.
As of current, eight other stations including this one is slowly be being rehabilitated. Recently the MTA replaced the old and formerly disused Coney Island express tracks which makes all 4 tracks usable.
So pretty much expect to see the Coney Island bound N run express to Coney Island and to Manhattan and Queens via express from Coney Island as the rehab work continues until 2018 since that is when all the stations including this one will be good as new and in good condition.
