Ok, so let me start out with the postiive… It is pretty clean, comfy chairs, and close to my house. Coffee is good and selection is ok. Service is to be desired… Very slow and not enough staff. Usually depensing on the time of day the person who rings up is also making the drinks, which makes lines get long, in turn makes the person rush to make your drink quickly and maybe not effectively in order to not make the line get long… = they need more staff on shifts. When they first opened the staff was great, very fast and friendly. They new my out i liked my drink when I got to register as I was a regular customer. Nowadays, I see new staff all the time, not so friendly. And very slow. Recently I had 12 minutes lft on my car parking ticket, and when I returned to my car after dnd I had a ticket. I think 12 minutes is suffice. T make a coffee. That coffee cost me and extra $ 35. Soooo not worth it. I would much rather drive to the dnd drive through 5 minutes away, not have to look for parking, greeted by friendly staff, quick service, and always good coffee. Lastly the female manager. She is not the friendliest. I had an incident once where my dnd reward card on my phone wasn’t working, not picking up Internet, so I had difficultly paying with it it. I had $ 20 on the card. She held up the line insisting I pay with a credit card, or, cash, but I has neither with me. Finally I got Internet and was able to pay, but the way she handled it for a $ 2 cup of coffe was so rude, considering I purchased cofee and items there daily and sometimes more than once day. I wasn’t going any where… She could have given me the $ 2 coffee and I would have brought her the money later. Not, good customer service at all in my opinion. Lately, when you order a latter or cappuccino, she hands you your cup and the paper thing that goes on the the cup so you don’t burn your hands separately… huh??? So that means I have to put down Whatever I have in my hand To assemble the cup That she should have assembled for me. She also instructs the other workers to hand it to customers like that as well, when I asked one of the workers why they do that . Overal. Decent coffee near my house, clean, comfy chair, lines long, workers not friendly, manager rude and moody, much rather drive to another dnd ., I usually leave annoyed.

Ver clean and friendly DD. Every morning before work I grab a cup of coffee with my favorite donut that they always have waiting for me. However they’re not the quickest DD. If your in a rush to work I don’t think it’s the best Idea to stop here. But if you strolling by and want dunkin it’s pretty good.

As a customer since opening… I know what to expect when I go to Dunkin’ Donuts on Ave X, but this time was the worst. Of course workers at Dunkin’ Donuts should be capable of understanding a customers orders… I expect them to communicate with each other to fulfill the order correctly. I asked for a large peach flavored ice tea sweet with sugar and… no ice, tuna on a bagel and cut the bagel in half. OK so guess what they put ice in the tea OK no big deal .Then the tuna problem I was told«NOKNIFETOCUTTHEBAGEL». while I tried to explain that there was a knife right on the shelf .I was told that they couldn’t use that one… What they don’t have soap and water they don’t rinse things off… They needed a plastic knife which they don’t have… WHAT??? Then the manager copped an attitude«WHATDOYOUWANT» «WEDON’T HAVETHEKNIFETHEYWILLBEHERELATER… WHAT??? They do make a lot of mistakes which I try to over look… I said no problem I make sure you have knifes today .and represent the Dunkin’ Donuts brand accordingly…

The place till this day has multi-colored flags rimming the entrance, as well as a «Grand Opening» sign. The thing is, I live around here and know that it actually opened in early-mid October 2014, so yes, it’s relatively new, but not new enough to warrant the«Grand Opening» embellishments. That being said, the service here is not the greatest. The long line in the morning moves very quickly. However, there were times during midday, in which there was a plentiful amount of people waiting in line and it moved at a snail’s pace, even though there were two people working the barista station. When that happens, the line grows much quicker and you have some 10+ people aggravatingly waiting to be served, then clogging the napkin/supply stand. As I said, it’s not always that bad, but the service here isn’t the best. The only thing that I’ve been purchasing from here is iced coffee, so my rating and review with regard to the service deals with just that, the iced coffee. Since I always bring the drinks home due to the small seating available here, and an overall preference to enjoy food/drinks at home, I am able to see just how much coffee is in the cup. I always take out the ice, because it’s winter and because of my natural proclivity to see what exactly I’m paying for. There was a whole lot of ice. After spooning out the last piece of ice, I noticed that there was a lot less coffee, at least 13% less, in my assessment. So a medium iced coffee costs $ 2.75 plus tax. That’s a reasonable price. But you end up paying for a lot less product then you expected to, because at least 13% of it is ice. Yes I understand it’s iced coffee, but it’s not necessary to add that much in the winter; it also comes across as cheating your customer in a way, because I ordered a medium, not most of a medium, not the better part of a medium, but a medium! I really wish their iced drinks were just served cold, instead of being iced, because the heaping ice takes up valuable product space. Anyway, back to the service. It’s not that great, and sometimes I can’t gauge it as plain good either. There were two instances when I asked for whipped cream with my drink and was not given it. Twice! In other Dunkin’ locations, the cashiers ASKYOU whether you’d like some or not; you don’t have to repeat it. Recently I asked for only one sugar in my iced coffee and when I tried it, it tasted so sugary! Like a more liquefied version of syrup. I did not ask for syrup. I asked for a minimally sweetened beverage with skim milk. Usually my iced coffee tastes fine, as I always order only one sugar, but this happened during the said long-line period and I suspect there was some confusion with my order, even though the cup had a «1» by the quantity bubble next to where it says sugars. How could they have messed that up? It’s good to have a DD in my neighborhood but they need to improve their service.

NEW. Unless they forgot to take down the grand opening sign. This place(unlike all the other DD) is clean, the food is organized(as in donuts are in donut labeled sections), and workers you can properly communicate with. One thing i noticed in the front by the cashier was instead of munchkins they had gum(not a big deal unless you know you are ordering tuna). The topper: the chairs. Omg i dont know what took them soooo long to put comfy chair in a coffee joint. If you are serving anything sweet it should be essential to have comfy chairs to pass out on.

A clean, friendly and I assume relatively new Dunkin Donuts. People working here got my order right. I tried the salted caramel hot chocolate. I am sure it tasted as it should, but I’ll stick with regular or mint flavored! The receipt did not have the address or phone number of the store so I had to trace it via the store number on the DD website.
