We specialize in Vintage cowboy boots that have been refurbished for the whole family, including children’s boots. Custom boots from famous craftsmen like M.L. Leddy of Ft. Worth, T.O. Stanley of El Paso, Paul Bond, to name a few. Shelf boots from Lucchese, Tony Lama, Dan Post, Ariat, Corral, Old Gringo, etc. 700+ pairs to choose from. Broken in boots are comfortable from the minute you put them on and these boots have character and history. Also, we are famous for exotic skins such as, Sea Turtle, Anteater, Elephant and Shark. History

Established in 2003.

Forney, Texas was our first location then Mesquite, Texas. The store was sold in Mesquite. Several years later we reopened in Richardson, Texas. That store was sold to Rose Sadowski in Edmonds, Washington. We then relocated to Grapevine, Texas and opened a small boutique on Dooley Road and in 2011 moved to our current location in historic downtown Grapevine on Main Street.

The Designer’s Rack was opened in 2009 after I sold my practice as a stockbroker. Twenty five years in financial services with the following firms: EF Hutton, Fidelity Investments, American National Bank of Texas and Raymond James Financial. My college degree was fashion design and I enjoyed merchandising and retail and the one on one contact so I opened my boutique with the plan of consignment of designer and better label pieces. It quickly took on a «Texas» look when I added cowboy boots. The vintage cowboy boots are refurbished and fit children, women and men. My current location, Grapevine, Texas is perfect for resale and our international visitors are taking boots back to all corners of the globe. It’s great fun to work here and I love the business.
