Sonic Drive-In

This is a STINGY location! Ordered 4 combos and 2 of combos were chicken strips and ordered mozzarella sticks for 3 of combos. We asked for extra mozzarella sauce and ranch dressing (my child prefers ranch instead of ketchup for his fries) and was told we maxed out on the marinara sauces and ranch dressing per combos. We saved them on ketchup. I’m reluctant to go to this Sonic again!

Came here with my baby cousin to get her a scoop of ice cream. I ordered a small scoop of chocolate ice cream in a kids cup and I already paid with my card because I didn’t have cash. When it came out, it was just vanilla with a little hot fudge on it. Ummm??? It would’ve been nice if she had told me while I was ordering that they didn’t have chocolate. Geez waste of time and money.

I was super early for work and roaming around the area and ran into this sonic. I love .99 AM price drinks! I stopped in ordered my drink. The car hop over the speaker was horribly rude. I pushed the button and couldn’t think of what I wanted at first so as I glanced over my drink options she basically very rudely told me I was taking too long to order and she would come back to me later. Mind you they weren’t busy. As I waited for my drink I checked in on Unilocal and noticed a lot of the other reviews talked about bad customer service at this location. Hate to say it, but they are all right! I’m sure I’ll be back, as my job is close by but will definitely be prepared for bad service. My drink was good though.

Waited over 30 minutes for just 2 drinks. 15 minutes into waiting, called again and found they had lost our order. Drinks finally came and were incorrect. Car hop was rude, never apologized or said thank you for the tip. Worst experience at a sonic we have ever had. Will not be back

Why must I suffer. This Sonic has been the worst in food and the worst in customer service. We came here tonight and the young lady taking our food made it appear we were a bother to order. Our order was wrong when she repeated. We finally got frustrated and just got the children’s meals and I didn’t even order my own meal. I kept my cool for fear they may spit in our food. We waited for 15 minutes for our meal. For now I will keep my distance. Praying the manager does something with their crew. This location is not a good location. At least the young lady that brought our food in skates was a sweat heart!

The girl delivering our food to us walked off with out giving us the change back, I called back and told them she didn’t and asked for some sauce. When she brought it out she dropped the sauce in my hand and dropped the change all over it making it go all over the seat and on the floor. Very bad customer service

I’m always amazed at their consistency in speed here. The food is fresh (as far as «fresh» counts for fast food), and the servers are friendly. Most Sonics are good, but this one may be even a notch above the norm for this company. :)

Yet another fast food place near my work. My lunch time usually is around their happy hour time which is a blessing and a curse. They actually co-​conspired with a couple secret Santa gifts by writing my persons name on their drinks and munchies the couple times I stopped for their preferred snack/​drink pick up there. The entrance and exit can be kind of tricky because they are in the middle of a shared driveway with a couple other businesses but usually most are knowledgeable of the crowded traffic and are patient with each other … or at least have been for the last two months I’ve worked near here.

We had a hankering for Sonic, managing to find this one a short hop from the freeway[1].
I had their basic hamburger which was exactly that, but filling. I typically don’t like mayo-​laden burgers, but mayo improved the taste of mine. Speaking of improvements, try their Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster. It’s buttery awesome, packed full of topping goodness, and is a definite step up from their basic burger.
Their onion rings were a treat — at least for me — but my co-​conspirator wasn’t a fan of their greasiness. Even after the grease set in, I still wanted more.
We sat at one of their picnic benches instead of eating in the car. It was a little windy, but we made do. Good service from their rollerskating wonder who delivered everything to us in a jiffy, food, condiments, and all[2].
