McDonald’s

If the food had been terrible I would have done a 1 star but this place is terrible. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru at 9:30PM. I pulled in and after 10 minutes no car had moved an inch, by this point I was trapped in. There is no speaker to place your order it is one of the locations you pull up to the window and order face to face which I know they tried but I thought they got rid of them because they were terribly inefficient but this one still exists. All of the windows were closed except the main window. There were 5 cars in front of me and each one took at least 5 minutes to get through. I get to the window and order a very simple meal and it took almost 5 minutes. While 5 minutes isn’t so bad for a drive thru it is terrible after you had already been waiting so long with no way to escape out of line. Never again. The food was OK at best, I felt very bloated afterwards but not sure if that was because I had a couple beers earlier in the evening. Although beer has never had that effect on me.

This location is really a poor example of what a McDonald’s can be. Great location, in an area with very high per capita incomes, yet they are the slowest and most understaffed. This location also lacks the capability to order through a loudspeaker, which I thought was a necessity in the fast food world. Basically the process is as such; you pull up to window 1, you order your food and pay for it, and then pick it up at window 2. Obviously this is terrible queue management, and because they’re chronically understaffed long wait times are the norm rather than the exception.
Also order accuracy seems to be lacking, which is rather unusual for McDonald’s, since most locations follow strict corporate policies that insure correct orders. I would avoid this location at all costs and instead visit the McDonald’s at 121 & Harwood Rd, or the Euless location off Main St & 183.

ME LOVE HOTCAKES ME LOVE HOTCAKES ME LOVE HOT CAKES!!! But, just 1 problem. One Mc Donald’s in Arizona, I purchased some chicken mc nuggets, I bit into it, then BAM! A tiny piece of my tooth. GONE. But that was not this Mc Donald’s. THIS Mc Donald’s is actually pretty good! Like I said before, I LOVE THE HOT CAKES! (pancakes) get extra syrup! You’ll need it!

Seemed ok to me. It’s a McDonalds not a 5 Star restaurant. People are friendly and breakfast came out fast and the usual great McD’s coffee.

Always a shame when Unilocal will not allow no star review. This is horrible example of a McDonald’s location. Im only tolerating them until my Harwood location finishes their remodel, this location has got to be the most understaffed, slowest service location anywhere. The staff is not very friendly and almost seem like they are mad cause they have to work at McDonald’s.

Why can’t they just get it right? Was there the other day to get a happy meal for my daughter, I asked the kid at the first window what was the boys and the girls toy? He says «I don’t have a clue» in a manner that he really didn’t want to be there! So I roll with it and order the happy meal. When i got home there was no chicken nuggets? Just the apples and some fries. This made my hungry daughter really happy as you can imagine. We are done going there can’t take dumb mistakes anymore. Or customer service like this.

Staff is usually nice … I’ve heard and seen from my breaks and my co workers breaks from 1030am-​3pm that if your in a rush they are oddly slow for a McD’s drive thru. I don’t know if its the order at the window or what. Anyway not bad for what it is … I’ve been to much worse in the way of McD’s

Consistently poor service. Employees are evidently not paying attention and managers are must be asleep at the wheel. I’ve had everything from improperly/​uncooked food to missing items. They’ve messed up three of my orders in the past 5 weeks alone. It’s partly my fault as I seem to keep going back for some reason and you would think I’d learn to check the bag. The grease filled cold on the inside nugget that my daughter bit into is it though, I won’t be back. This place should be avoided.
