Horrible customer service. They don’t know how to answer the phone with good customer service. They don’t know how to greet you when you come into their office, they just handed me a paper to fill out. They had me waiting for an hour before they told me that they are trying to still get ahold of my insurance to verify it. I told them, that’s their job, they should of called my insurance way before I got there! They were talking in Spanish the entire time to one another in front of me while I was waiting for an hour. I think its extremely rude to talk in another langue when your on the clock with a company. This is America, talk the langue. It made me feel uncomfortable like they were talking crap about me. If they were talking about business why couldn’t they talk American? After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I got up and left. It was a complete waste of my time. There’s a dental office on every street, I’m sure as hell not going back to them even if you paid me a million dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! THERES SO MANY MORE DENTAL OFFICE TO GO TO. PLEASE DONT GO!

I just had my first appointment and maybe I am just caught up in the newness of it all, but I am impressed. The office is state of the art, the equipment is up to date and the staff are friendly and caring. There is one dentist you see EVERY time, which is a big deal for me since I came from a chain dentist and never knew who I was going to see. She was kind, knowledgeable and even did my cleaning herself. Now, I’m not sure if that’s the norm, but I was definitely impressed.
The wait time was minimal and I was never stuck in a chair and made to wait for the next process. The front office staff was professional and helpful. They have flexible evening and weekend appointment availability which is a real plus for working folks.
I didn’t get a complimentary toothbrush and floss when I departed, but who cares when the whole experience was so great? I’m taking my five year old here in April, and if he is treated as good as I was, then I just found my new family dentist.
