My experience here was average. Took in my 2015 Benz for PDR Hail damage. There is a guy and a girl that works the lobby desk. The girl seems to know her stuff. The guy must be new as he didn’t seem to. Of course, I got the guy. He was nice but just a bit clueless. I was OK with the length of time they had my car for repairs. When I received a text that the car was ready, I had someone drop me off to pick it up. They did not offer to let me see the car before I paid. I did go ahead and pay (Shouldn’t have I guess) but I did say I didn’t want to sign their paper they asked me to sign after payment until I saw the car. When I checked out the car, I could see a ding they missed and of course asked them to fix it. So, I left the car again and I received a text that it was ready, not the next day, but the next. When I went there to pick it up the second time, they didn’t bring the car around for me to see, however, I saw it sitting out on the lot, so not wanting to wait on them any longer, went out to my car to find it locked. I went back in and asked for the key. I was eventually told they could not find the key and were looking for it. Eventually they did come up with it, as I was getting a bit frustrated. The hail ding repairs look ok. Will I take my Benz back there should I ever need other body repair work? I don’t know. It was an average experience. I can’t say I left there feeling like I was a valued customer or that there was anything outstanding about the experience, other than they do have Dr. Pepper and ice available, along with other drinks and coffee, in their lobby well appointed lobby. LOL

Looks like all the negative comments on here are based on wait time. Let me tell you, if you want a good job done you cannot expect to get your car back in one week. My first visit here was for my wife’s Lexus IS250 that got a minor hit on the rear bumper. Nothing major, it just needed paint work mostly and some repair inside the bumper. Took them about 3 weeks but got the car looking brand new. Even got courtesy touch up and buffing done around the car. The Estimator/​Advisor that helped us was Doug.
2 months later, I take my BMW X5M for a minor scratch on the front bumper. Luckily got Doug again. I wanted him to give me an estimate to fix, but he took a nice close look at it and told me it didn’t really need much fixing. He took it to back into the shop and brought it back out with 90% of the scratches fixed. Basically he wiped off the paint that was on there from the pillar it got scratched on. I asked him how much it costs and he said nothing! Mind you, I took it to Classic BMW plano to get a quote and they told me it would cost me around $ 1200 minimum. Doug could have gave me an estimate and try to get some money out of me but instead he was straight up and honest with me and he fixed 90% of it for FREE! All I need now is some touch up paint.

My car just needed to change a bumper. It took them one month to repair it. And I had to pay part of car rental.
It is a scam!!!

We were involved in an accident that was not our fault. The insurance company for the liable party was not cooperative and slow to pay up. Greg C was our Park Place Bodywerk adviser. He stayed in constant touch with us and was a strong advocate for us through many weeks of deliberations. We strongly recommend Greg and PP Bodywerks!!! The repaired car looked great and all personnel were most helpful!

Horrible wait time on my car, since my Lexus to get bumper repair done, took over three weeks to get completed! Dropped my car off on the eighth, it is now the 30^th and no reply as to when my car will be finished! Every time I call I get no return call until the next day! This is not the level of service I would expect out of Park Place, I’m hoping it’s just a Mercedes dealership– very disappointed in this establishment, will never use them ever again, would rather take to small shop not used to dealing with luxury cars versus being forced to deal with this cluster jam of a shop! I have called trying to get an update– twice went to voice mail! Finally did get a phone call returned: paint not right, so they are going to re-​do the paint on a bumper that was supposedly painted TWO WEEKS AGO! Very disappointed in his whole experience. Will contact Lexus — never send customers here!

Been working with Greg C for a couple of months now. Upon receiving the estimate from insurance I received a very unprofessional response and was asked to wait two weeks before bringing the vehicle in. When I finally brought the vehicle in Greg left for lunch without getting the vehicle in and without setting up a rental even though I told him when we were going to be there. The insurance and Greg could not come to an agreement even though the insurance company raised what they were offering to pay for repairs there was no budging from Par Place Body Werx. I now have to go through my insurance and pay my deductible on top of all the time lost due to their incompetence.

I took my 2010 Lexus RX 350 to Bodywerks back in October 2014. The damage to my car
was debris from the freeway that hit my car. I dropped my car off Oct 8, 2014 and did not get it back until Oct 31, 2014. Luckily for me, this is the first time I have had to deal with body
repairs to my car. My insurance company quoted Approx. $ 2500 in damage. When i went to pick my car up, I was told my insurance would take care of the remaining balance so I did not owe anything. Fast forward three months later, according to Bodywerks, they tried to contact me
twice starting Feb 2, 2015. They also claimed they emailed me but have no record of that email. The last time they supposedly contacted me by mail was Feb 20, 2015. I never received the letter. On April 29 they have my car repossessed for a $ 500.00 deductible I was unaware of from October, 2014 I was confused on how it took 3 months to determine I still owed money to them. According to Mark Waugh, they contacted me shortly after October 2014. Shortly after is not 3 months later. My insurance paid out over $ 5000.00 for the work on my car in October 2014. I cannot believe they were able to have my car towed for a $ 500.00 deductible, especially after my insurance paid out several thousands to get my car fixed. They are very unprofessional. When I
went to pick up my car after they had it towed, i got all my paper work from back in October 2014 and no where does it say client owes $ 500.00. I paid my $ 500.00 and got my car. I made sure to get copies of everything from them. Obviously, I will never use them again for any service. I just hope this review is able to help someone else.

I was in a fender-​bender that involved a truck backing into my car. We were literally going less than 5mph when this happened. Somehow this wrecked ¼ of my car, according to Park Place Bodywerks.
Greg was my agent there. First of all, my Geico assessor told me that this place takes it’s sweet time. I chose them anyways. I wish I had traveled to Dallas or somewhere farther to possibly get my car quicker.
I was without a car for over a month…33 days. Although Greg was very apologetic, and sent me mobile updates, I cannot imagine why it would take this long. At this pace, if they had to replace an engine, I can only assume it would be a full year till I saw my car again. In fact, it was like getting a new car.
However, they did a great job and detailed my car. It was very nice to get it back in that condition. But 33 days? I wouldn’t take my car back for an oil change.

Trip Roberts is the agent, my GL350 is taking too long to repair. He never picks up the phone or return calls. Poor customer service.

Brought my Lexus in to repair fender bender damage. Trip Roberts was my agent.
I had a issue with insurance, so the repair got delayed. However, their speed of work, communication, and the cost is totally unacceptable.
Speed: taking almost up to 2 weeks for miner damage.
Communication: Trip Roberts never picks up the phone or reply to phone call, I need to either go myself or send email. Didn’t send an update of what he told he will.
Cost: If they know the money is not coming out from your pocket, they rip you off by ordering parts thats not even related to the damage. Labor is very expensive which was expected, but they seem to take their time.
I brought it in to the Dealership shop because I thought it was one place where I could trust but I have learned my lesson the hard way. I hope you don’t

I had to use a body shop after the crazy hail damage that happened at my work near the airport in April of 2012. This was when we had all the tornadoes — it seemed like just the airport area got the hail, which is odd, but in any event I wanted to take my car to where we had bought it in November, so I went back to Park Place in Grapevine and they referred me to their body shop, BodyWerks. My sales person referred me to Greg Cinocolo, and I had such a great experience I wanted to review them.
The body shop has text and email capabilities, and they keep in touch with you along the way the entire process. In fact every time I called, even though I got continuous texts and emails, Greg called me by close of business that day, just letting me know where things were. He originally quoted me 1.5 months, as due to all the damage in the area they were swamped. This was right on. My car was in for 7 weeks. Just over $ 10k of damage, and now it looks amazing. Pretty much every panel on my GLK350 had to have work done.
Any time you have to have your car basically taken all the way apart and put back together there are going to be items that come up. The great thing is for each time I’ve had to come back and ask him a question about a noise I heard or a sensor acting funny, he was nothing but polite and accommodating. They stand behind their work 100% and it’s guaranteed for the life of the car. I’ll definitely refer friends to this shop. Even their Enterprise Rent-​a-​Car consultant who is on-​site was great. She sent me a hand written card after I returned my car. Kudos to the team at Park Place.
