*Grapevine CrossFit is a 2,600 square foot facility located outside the historic downtown Grapevine. You won’t find stationary machines or rows of treadmills. Instead: Kettlebells, barbells, and open space allows you to move your body the way it’s meant to be moved.

*We provide programs for all age groups that are both universally ADAPTABLE and SCALABLE to individual fitness goals. The objective is to enhance overall wellness and maximize physical performance over the long term.

*The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

History

Established in 2009.

Brandon has been a competitive athlete since childhood, playing varsity sports and engaging in rigorous fitness regimens in a variety of modalities. Bevin is a lifelong athlete and also participates in regular CrossFit activities and competitive events. CrossFit has allowed her to recover from years of knee pain after ACL surgery.

They have demonstrated the effectiveness of the CrossFit methodology at a personal level. They are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and teach what it really takes to be physically fit for a lifetime.

Brandon and Bevin H.

Business Owner

Brandon has been a competitive athlete since childhood, playing varsity sports and engaging in rigorous fitness regimens in a variety of modalities. He has participated in CrossFit since 2007 and is an accredited CrossFit Instructor. He also is certified in CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Movement & Mobility, attended the highly recognized Catalyst Athletics Weightlifting Seminar, and is a USAW Club Coach. Brandon holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Bevin is a lifelong athlete and also participates in regular CrossFit activities and competitive events. CrossFit has allowed her to recover from years of knee pain after ACL surgery. She is a certified CrossFit Instructor as well as CrossFit Kids Instructor. Bevin holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas.
