5 stars for the older gentleman working right now(4⁄264:30pm) but 1 star for the food quality. BKHQ knows this is a high traffic store so there’s absolutely no excuse for; Stale bread Burnt tasting fries(old oil?) Again. The gent(Kevin?) Is a keeper, thankfully before I ran off he asked if my fries were hot– sure enough the hey tasted awful! He quickly gave me a fresh-ER order, but as a flight attendant I’m sorely disappointed and BK lately and it needs to be addressed!

Get the meals if you want 2 of the 3: sandwich, fries and drink. It’s cheaper than to get the 2 individually especially if you are going to get the wich and the fries

I’m not a big Burger King fan to begin with, but I had a short connection time and the alternates were pizza or yogurt on the concourse with this location. So I settled. Substantial mistake, going hungry might have been a better option. It took 16 minutes to get a chicken nugget value meal, which contained probably the most flavorless chicken nuggets and mushy fries I’ve had in recent memory. I recommend hopping the train to somewhere(anywhere) else in the airport. There are a number of better options in DFW, I should’ve listened to my gut instead of my clock.

Pluses: Joanna the cashier was very courteous and professional. She is the two stars. Minuses: They just opened and are serving lukewarm food to people. No Bueno

Yikes. Staff spoke minimal English. I have allergies and was extremely concerned whether my order would be safe to eat after seeing 3 orders get brought back to the counter while I was waiting in line because they were incorrect. Unfortunately, there are no other options nearby. Got a salad and side of fries. Threw away my fries… Something was WAY off … They tasted rancid. Survived the anemic salad so far. Eat in another terminal if you can

Located at E6. Only one in entire airport so it sucks it no where close to my gate let alone terminal. Been craving chicken since the rerelease and bam. Menu is messed up tells you, you can upgrade to medium and large for $ no number and does give you selection of pieces, don’t know if that’s for all Burger Kings or just this one.

What garbage. I had a cold tasteless whopper w cheese. There is no place to eat in this terminal so just before a long flight we stopped here. Crap food. Next time I’ll go with olé reliable that has gotten me through many many flights — a small bag of m&ms peanut . My last two Burger King visits resulted in crappy food. Wait til the hand wringers push through a raise in minimum wage, you will be paying 15 bucks for this garbage. I won’t ever again. I ate lunch at BK during college twice a week and loved it. Never again.

Just ordered the croissant sandwich with everything(ham, sausage, egg) except bacon however got a smooshed opposite — egg, overly cheesy, croissant WITH bacon. Not friendly service! In between E7 and E6.

As I’ve mentioned in the past, I grade on a scale. And I don’t expect much from a fast food joint in an airport. Basically, I want those two things — fast and food. Well — they failed on the fast part. If there’s only 5 people milling around for orders and it takes 5 minutes to get your order, that’s not fast. As for the food — failure there as well. The burger was right, but the fries were stone cold. In this section of the airport there isn’t much available, so they really don’t have any competition. I’d suggest checking out Taco Bell instead.

Slim pickins for Terminal E now. Decided I wanted to Bacon Double Cheeseburger and diet coke. The«supervisor» took my order and then handed me my drink(that’s the one star, he got that right). Then after 10+ min(no, they were NOT busy), he hands me the burger and it’s a Whopper. I explain to him that this is not what I ordered and he said«Ok, I’ll get it right this time.» Well I didn’t have time to wait, got a refund and left. He offered to have me take the whopper, but no, it had tomato on it, not good. I won’t be back here.

Stopped in here for a BK Double Bacon Cheeseburger right before my flight out of DFW bound for Dulles. Burger came up quickly. Was hot and tasty, not greasy, and the bacon was actually crispy! Pretty good for a fast food burger! There is a decent amount of seating available here as well — you don’t have to take your food back to the gate area if you don’t want to.
