We had a leak in the shower drain of the upstairs bathroom, leaking into the kitchen ceiling below. Two men took 1−½ hours to fix the leak, did not repair the ceiling and charged me $ 458.00 (including a 10% senior discount)! I even supplied the drop cloth so they could contain the mess. The way I figure it, that’s about $ 200 too much! I complained, but on deaf ears. Not MY plumber – ever again.
